Moaning about there being logistics to running nowadays and doing it with a buggy and or dog....

She should be bleeping thankful that she has that option, that she can afford/get gifted a buggy and doesn't have a proper bloody job!

I would have loved to have been in her position when my kids were young, alas I just had to basically stop running

100% this, she loves the idea of being a mum but not the reality.

I wouldn't be suprised if they do have one but don't show it. She's always traveling or heading off to London for a run. I don't see how she's able to do that when her husband is a pilot, unless there's a lot of help behind the scenes. She's busier than I was pre-kids.

Do you accumulate annual leave while you are on maternity leave? She only seems to work one day a month at the moment.

I seem to recall she works one day a week, not sure if she said that. Maybe she takes unpaid leave? She can obviously afford it. Isn’t she also studying for something else now? Some sort of sports nutrition qualification. She could be on study leave

Is it worthy to contract someone for that ridicoulous amount of working time? I understand flexible working and how ggod it's for society, but working one day per week sounds stupid

Maximum nhs leave entitlement is 33 days, pro rata. She took full maternity leave and I believe added her accrued A/L days to the end. I can’t think of any dietetic department that would be ok with her being absent 90% of the year. Maybe she’s now locumming or on bank? Or maybe she’s not actually working anymore - I can’t recall the last time she mentioned it?

It’s really obvious she hates being a parent. I think she was so focussed on having the baby and how that was going to happen and not the actual being a parent bit. It’s really vile.

I think it’s a bit much to palm off a jet lagged toddler to someone else for the night so that you can sleep in your gifted hotel room. It’s amazingly selfish.

Especially when your toddler wants their mum for comfort while jetlagged. We're assuming Bertie's not with her at the hotel and if he's not, that's awful. It definitely comes across whether she intends it to or not that she resents not being able to do plenty of things now because she has a child and that's so sad, especially with all the time off and travel she gets to do. Poor kid.

I'm sure her kid didn't enjoy the pink eye either. Poor thing...those parent talk like the kids want all these bugs.
I was heartbroken the firt year of nursery with everything my kids have to endure. Of course that meant very bad nights, juggling work, etc, but that's life
