I don't know the distance/journey times from Aberdeen to Balmoral. If they are waiting on the family to arrive, is it cutting it fine to have the announcement by 6pm?

It's feeling quite ghoulish now.
They said about 45 minute drive on the BBC, maybe a bit longer if there's crowds or the rain makes it a bad drive?

Where’s Harry? Surely they will wait for him regardless of what’s gone on. This is so sad and I’m no fan of the royals but I’m in Aberdeen too so feels really weird

Look at how black her hand was when she met Truss. You're more prone to bruising when you get older but that's bad.

And while all this is going on ITV are still showing Tipping Point 🙄 Have they learned nothing from Diana’s death when they were showing God‘s Gift or some other shite?
Normal broadcasting has to resume until the announcement as far as I know.

Typical Megan and haza are here. It’ll be all about them great content for their Netflix show 😡
She's his Grandmother and it's right he should be there, it's the crappy media that keeps dragging them into the headlines for the click bait.

The reporter on Sky said 45/50 minutes but could be longer as its single track roads from Airport to Balmoral and could get stuck behind Farm vehicles.

I’d imagine it’ll be quicker than the average person and wouldn’t be surprised if they have a blue light escort

BBC said Harry is travelling up from London, but that they're unsure how/his ETA

So by all means take this with a pinch of salt because I know I would. My friend works in central London and has connections with the Times and they’re saying she died a few hours ago and will officially announce at 6pm. All very Chinese whispers though so not sure I believe her

Nail on the head, and I honestly can’t believe some people are making this about Harry and Meghan. They’re genuinely obsessed.

A member of my family is a Tory councillor and apparently they've been told to prepare for an announcement at 6pm.
I wouldn't be surprised if she hasn't already passed but there won't be any announcement until all of the family have gathered to say their goodbyes ☹
