Maybe we can find a new mingham manor, What budget are we looking at? What area? Plenty of pickings right now

If they are planning on moving they'll have to put that wall back up in the kitchen, especially if it's on the planning permission 🤷🏻‍♀️

The closest Isabelle will get to a car off them wronguns 🫣
I’m not being stupid but that’s a rubbish excuse they gave. Izzy knows the car she wants, she’s 18 with no car experience. They can find one for her based on her preferences and get her something. If it’s a Fiat 500 there are loads new and used. Garages will find her something if they went to a dealership.

I wonder how much that £500k mortgage through a subprime lender is costing per month?
It will be around £4400 a month now circa 25 year mortgage at 9.5%

In Ingham economics that’s approximately 1.1 million views a month , 42300 views a day !

Oh dear , how sad , never mind !

The striped one on YouTube has paid the land registry fee and named the mortgage provider as The Mortgage Lender. They specialise in finding reasons to lend not reasons not to lend apparently. Their current rate outside of a fix for new products is around 8% I think, tho Creepy and Lazy are probably in a fixed term still at rates based on 2021 figures. It will still be much higher than a high street product.

What mortgage? Their £10k a day, even minus living expenses and holidays, means it was paid off in less than a year right? ….right?! 🥲

I only watched a tiny bit (to hear what I'd read in the transcript) but bloody hell, Aurora's little head was flopping all over the place. Awful. 😔

But also....his crown! Who does he think he's fooling, sweeping his hair all the way over from back down there?

He's styling his hair like people style their Christmas trees. All the attention is supposed to be at the front, where it's been slicked and is dripping with product! Nobody is ever supposed to see the back where it's all tufty and bare! 😂

That made me cackle out loud, 😂

THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT ME BEING ESMÉS DAD..

Creepstopher goes off to make tea. He has one of his nonce faces on and Lazy finds it hilarious. Apparently it’s the morning. Time for a juicy Q&A.

Advice on how to prepare for C-section.
Lazy recently learnt it’s the most common major surgery performed in the whole world. It happens a lot every day and that’s a good way to look at it. It’s over and done with very quickly. Stitching took the most time in hers. Creepstopher pipes up that it’s magical. creepstopher's plumber friend came over yesterday; his wife is having a c-section in January. Lazy reassured him to reassure her. It’s much calmer and exciting than a natural delivery. If they had another baby it would be a tough decision between natural delivery and c-section.

Have they made the right decision to stop having kids or do they feel guilty?
Lazy never felt guilty. She just felt pressured into doing something she didn’t think properly about. People keep messaging her saying she made it up. Creepstopher “I literally want to jump through the screen and pop someone’s face up man”. Lazy has taught herself she should feel the same as everyone else. She wanted to be pregnant again for the first week after giving birth. She’s working through her emotions. Creepstopher says the decision was made based on what other people thoughts.

Creepstopher pipes up that Lazy is definitely having the tube tying reversed. She has to wait until she’s at least 10 weeks post partum so they have a month to go. He would have a million more babies. They’ll want to know it works. Lazy knew she wanted more chuldren after having Aurora. She’s questioning if she wants more children or if she wants it done because she can’t have more chuldren. Creepstopher told Lazy that she should have her tubes untied and then if he they decides she doesn’t want more chuldren he’ll have the vasectomy. The reversal will reverse the feelings she feels. It’s a gut wrenching feeling that she’s taken away part of her for other people. She wanted to do it but there’s lots of in depth reasons. Creepstopher told Lazy that she needed to go on this journey so she could decide she wanted more chuldren. There’s magic with every age but he doesn’t think you can beat the magic of a 0-6 year old. Lazy will know if she wants another child when Aurora is 18 months - 2 years.

How does Lazy discipline herself when to and when not to buy Christmas presents?
Lazy starts buying birthday presents in January. Creepstopher interjects and says she asks where the pram she bought in January is in the garage. He probably threw it out. Then he’s in the doghouse for two weeks. Lazy admits she has no discipline. She’s trying to be prepared this year. She starts buying for Christmas in August.

How is Esmé because they never talk about her?
Creepstopher says Esmé is a G. She’s the most full of life, creative, bubbly, never stop smiling girl in the entire world. She’s really grown up in a year and made a few changes to herself. She wants to be a star and she is a star. She has the drive and discipline to make it happen. She never quits. Isabelle was never into Lego growing up and has no patience. Esmé loved Lego. You couldn’t fail to love her.

If the house was rented would they make the girls pay rent and for food etc?
No. When they’re 18 and living alone they’ll rack up bills of their own. Creepstopher won’t charge them as this is their sanctuary. Lazy didn’t have to pay bills when she was 18 but didn’t live at home when she was 18. Her reasons are different from Creepstopher’s. They no longer rely on YouTube but wouldn’t be in this position without it. They were able to branch out and create different businesses. The girls were part of that. They don’t get pressured into filming but are part of the channel. They’ve already contributed so much.

Update on Mila’s hip?
They’ve had to reschedule an appointment. Mila's anatomy may be behind naturally. Both hips were shallow at the last appointment. They haven’t made up their minds on whether surgery will be best for Mila. The right hip isn’t as bad as the left. If it’s still shallow in December they’ll give her another six months but if it’s still shallow in June she might need another surgery. The next surgery will be major and involve breaking her pelvis to move bones around. She could be immobilised for a year. She would understand more at 5/6. She shows no symptoms. She’s rambo. They may get another opinion before surgery.

When is the next big van adventure?
They’ve had an opportunity arise through them creating it for their lives to change drastically next year. They’re weighing up options. They’ve been spending six months thinking about it. It was Turkey time it first came on the cards. If they’re doing it it will be at the start of next year. The change involves travel plans but not in a big van adventure. If the plans change there may be a van trip in January/February. They have humungous plans. It’s something that will benefit the family and they probably will go for the drastic change. The van will be used a lot in the next year.

When is Isabelle getting her car?
They’ve done a lot of car shopping online and she’s found the model she wants. She hasn’t found the exact one she wants. They haven’t had time to go and buy it. They’ll buy her one when they’re good and ready. Things online don’t bother Lazy when people say she’s boring or fat. Being called a liar or having a lie told about her winds her up.

Would they move house again?
If they could take Rosabelle Manor and plonk it in a field with a tree lined driveway so you couldn’t see the house from the road, they would. Creepstopher would put a pool in this house. Lazy questions why they would put a pool in for three days of summer. The Manor isn’t the private place they thought it would be. There’s a lot of weirdos who will find out where you live if they want to because they have nothing better to do with their lives. They’ve got a lot going on next year and potentially in the short term will be looking to upgrade. They won’t move for a couple of years and not within this year. They’d either have to build from scratch or change everything about the inside of the house. Moving to the old house was a huge mistake. Management told them it wasn’t private enough. They thought this house was private but it isn’t. They’ll do it properly next time. All they want is privacy in their own home. People have been slyly filming through the windows. It’s malicious people. They know where they come from through the police and it’s nowhere near where they live. Creepstopher wants to be able to walk outside in his speedos to get the mail.

Homeschooling?
Some days they do 3-4 hours, some days they do 1-2. Some days they do nothing and some days they do 6. The girls have been in an online homeschool program since 2020 with tutors. It costs money and they’re governed once a year. You’re not obliged to send in work work to any government authority that asks for it when you’re homeschooling int he UK because it’s their private property. The Inghams have submitted work every year and been signed off every year. All children develop at different times. The main school system is too generalised and it’s bullshit. It leads to low self esteem, underachievement and kids feeling like they’re worthless. Creepstopher’s kids will never go back to the school system.

Does Isabelle plan on moving out?
No, she’ll still be at the manor when she’s 40. She’s the most mature, sensible, grounded, all round epic person you could ever meet. She’s also a home bird. Creepstopher feels lucky that she’ll never not want to travel with them. He was off doing all sorts at 18. He went to Lazy’s for tea one day and never went home. He feels very lucky that Isabelle is the person she is. He looks sad when Lazy says they’d help her find a flat if she wanted to move. Creepstopher would happily leave the kids with Isabelle for a weekend because she’s a G. She constantly messages the family when she’s at sleepovers.

Rant about how outdated the school system is. They never teach life skills. Creepstopher lived the 9-5 lifestyle for years but has now seen another way of life and never wants to do back. The only thing about being rich in your bank account is it gives you more experiences. School will never teach you how to become a millionaire or about the online world. The system was set up centuries ago. You’ll never learn how money works or flows.

Lazy thinks Isabelle will work with people. She wants to help people and be a psychologist. Esmé wants to be famous. Creepstopher has been teaching his kids about having a side hustle.

Is Creepstopher Esmé’s Dad?
They’ve both wanted to bring this up for a long time. He is her Dad yes. He’s all six chuldren’s dad. He’s bought Isabelle up since she was one.

Does Creepstopher have OCD?
He did have in his teens but not now because he doesn’t have a compulsion to switch on a light switch a million times. He’s never anxious and never has anxiety. He knows how to shut his brain up and keep a hold of his mind. He can’t deal with dirt; hair, dust or anything. The kids make the house look like a bomb site every day. Everyone walks into the house multiple times a week and compliments how beautiful it is. Creepstopher can’t see it. Lazy doesn’t think he has full OCD. He says he takes an hour to clean after dinner but Lazy says it takes him three. It’s all good if he spends money but not if it’s Lazy.

What schooling does Isabelle do?
A level English, psychology and criminology.

How long do they rear face in car seats?
Jace is still rear facing and they have no plans to turn him around as he’s happy that way.

How's Nannar?
Good. Lazy hopes to go and see her next week.

Breastfeeding?
Expect it to do anything for the first two months of your baby’s life. It’s so difficult but so worth it.

Cystopher update?
There’s no update because Lazy needs an MRI. They need to chase the referral.

Lazy got a million questions asking about Esme’s period story. Lazy was so confused. Esmé didn’t want to share the story with people. She started having them in February during the van trip. They always always respect the kids’ decisions. Esmé told Lazy she’d posted about it on her Q&A. There is no story really. It was the day they went jet skiing. Isabelle gave her some products.

The Inghams are off to Birmingham tomorrow and will be staying over for a few nights. Isla comes into the kitchen to tell Mummy that they didn't jet ski on a frozen lake; it was snow-mobiling.

End of vlog

£700k. Sarah bragged about putting down a 30% deposit and then claimed the mortgage would be paid off very soon about five seconds after they moved in.
I'm sure they claimed at one point the new house wasn't mortgaged, they made out they had paid for it in the full. That's when a Tattler checked and could see it was a mortgaged property.

Is this the same person who was anxious and completely freaking out when they were on that icy road and who had to walk off to calm down just leaving his family in that death trap van 🤔🙄
