The dance show are relying on reported media and in the best interests of their business and the adverse publicity it could attract they are within their rights to ask Creepy to stay away/not mention the dance school if they want to keep the kids dancing there.
The legal action he could take if they kept the kids but banned him would be for defamation. In that they had publicly accused him of being a sexual predator, for which claim there is no legal grounds to back. So as I said, they only really have one option and that's to ask that the girls be removed.

Taking legal action, even if he could, would be a waste of time - everybody knows he did it. His only option ever was to have just told the truth straight away, apologised to the girls involved, accepted that he had got carried away and crossed a very serious line, and deleted all of their social media forever. If he saved his marriage and family, after what he did, that would have been far more than he deserved, but he couldn’t give up being ‘Chris DeLonge’.
