Yes, obviously the girls would also be banned. There is no defamation involved. I’d love to see a man with his reputation take legal action to force a dance school to let him watch the little girls. It is sad, but they are Creepy and Lazy’s chuldrun, and they have chosen to put them in this position. Everybody warned them.
they’ll not get banned , the dance school need them as they’ve now got more Ifam fans and think how many will want to join now to get a chance to meet the girls

I'm not sure why so many people here think the dance school is able to take action preventing Creepstopher from attending events. He's never been charged with anything. Of course we know he's a predatory perv but without a place on the sex offenders register there is nothing they can do to keep him out apart from asking that his children be removed from the classes.
I do agree, however shedding light and airing it out in public on the dance school Facebook page will bring awareness to the fact, parents will talk about it, they will tell their friends & family, then those people will tell people etc… Because he “legally” got away with it doesn’t mean he should publicly get away with it too. It’s not about having the girls kicked out of dance class because their father is a creepy perv but imagine the humiliation of having to drop the kids off a block away because everyone knows your dirty little secrets.

Does anyone know where they're getting their new caravan from? I watched a few of their caravan vlogs before finding their thread (I'm usually over on brummymummy 😂) and noticed they had Glossop Caravan umbrellas in one of the videos and mentioned they also got their awning from there. I might contact them and check they're not doing any "ads" ie freebies and if they are that they know his history. Only because I payed full price for mine and the begging they're clearly doing -and getting - for collabs sickens me as I bet most of the time they still get the free stuff but the ad just doesn't appear at the cost of the company as the contract will have been signed prior to them finding out about them and all the scandal they come with as surely no brand would want to be associated with it. Im back off to read their other threads now and educate myself on this horror/freak show.

They cannot, without reasonable cause, prevent the parents of a student from attending performances. Yes they can decline to teach the Ingham children but believe me if they went to the lengths of notifying Creepy that his children could remain in classes but he was banned from the premises because they suspect he's a kiddie fiddler he would have a very strong case for defamation. Since, as others before me have pointed out, he's never been charged with any such offence, much less convicted of one.

So the only solution for that school is to decline to accept the girls back. Once they're gone, their disgusting father is no longer a problem to the school. Though they will probably still need to deal with the adverse local gossip about how he was let in to begin with.

I don't like those kids, especially not Esme but I reserve the right to feel sad that yet one more chance for them to socialise in a normal manner has been ripped away from them by the thoughtless, selfish, stupid actions of the pair of imbeciles raising them.
They are not defaming Creepy. All the dance school has to do is cite the reports in the media, which as they have not tried/been able to make the media back down from, it would be reasonable for the school under their safeguarding policies to take seriously. The dance show are relying on reported media and in the best interests of their business and the adverse publicity it could attract they are within their rights to ask Creepy to stay away/not mention the dance school if they want to keep the kids dancing there.

Of course as you say, they could return any subs and tell the Inghams that they no longer wish to teach their children. If I were the dance school that is what I would do. Yet again, the Inghams infect another business with their own particular brand of crappy poison.

The legal action he could take if they kept the kids but banned him would be for defamation. In that they had publicly accused him of being a sexual predator, for which claim there is no legal grounds to back. So as I said, they only really have one option and that's to ask that the girls be removed.

I will not celebrate those kids losing the only tiny semblance of normality they've had in their lives for over three years. I do agree that for the privacy, safety and security of every other child at that dance school it's the only possible choice but still, I won't enjoy seeing them denied the outside chance this school presented to them of having a friend group to call on. No I won't.

There's a new tool on you tube where you can see the most viewed part of the vlog go to scroll through the vlog and you'll see a sort of peaks and troughs just above it
yes saw this on DCP last night and came here to mention it. Basically it’s a good indicator of what pedalos are watching on these family channels

I reckon they’re up to their arses in council tax debt and bailiffs are coming knocking and that’s why they’re never at home for more than a week at a time 🤣

They won’t be able to sell that tit pit of a house even if they want to. No one in their right mind would buy it. The best they could hope for is selling it very cheaply.

Not to be argumentative, as I know we’re on the same side, but a statement is not defamatory if the person making it reasonably believes it to be true. Calling Creepy a dirty sexual predator would be a perfectly reasonable opinion to form, from published information.

Yep exactly, and now they’re hated where they live to add to it, I can see a move to Ireland happening.

Good lord no, we don't want them here in Ireland. I'm going to close the curtains on the country and pretend we are gone out when they come a calling.

I can see them moving to a remote area into a "dream" cottage with a bit of land and attempting to grow veg and continue homeschooling, basically fall off the map to evade authorities.

They love Ireland 😂 he made a point of saying you get more for your money there.

Really, they need to move to somewhere extremely rural, get off you tube, and try give the kids some kind of normal life away from social media.

Regarding legality and defamation, I think some people are getting their wires crossed.

The school couldn’t and likely wouldn’t say ‘’Chris Ingham is a sex offender’’ (defamation) but they could and likely would say ‘’Given the nature of the media reports, we don’t want Chris Ingham associated with our dance school’’ (not defamation). There is nothing to protect him from that. The school would be entirely within their right to respond according to public infomation, whether the allegations are legally proven or otherwise.

Chris could have done what he said for years that he was going to do which was to take legal action against the 'disgosteen things' people say about him. £700k on a house, Mercedes taxi, two caravans and tens of thousands spent on legal letters telling people to stop talking about him could have been used to protect his girls... if he hadn't done the things he's been accused of. Or, as said above, have quietly left YouTube to give his children a normal life.

I watched this the other day. This could have been Chris. Jess would have fallen into the same age bracket.

I’d like to know where Chris is getting the idea you can get more for your money because Ireland is considered the most expensive country in the EU. Unless they’re going to live entirely off grid and grow their own food, generate their own electricity and run their own water supply, their dream move to Ireland would just be forecourts and potatoes 😂

The vlog filming the girls sliding down a slide in the garden is all the evidence you need!

Taking legal action, even if he could, would be a waste of time - everybody knows he did it. His only option ever was to have just told the truth straight away, apologised to the girls involved, accepted that he had got carried away and crossed a very serious line, and deleted all of their social media forever. If he saved his marriage and family, after what he did, that would have been far more than he deserved, but he couldn’t give up being ‘Chris DeLonge’.

Now, they’re completely snookered - they have just kicked their problems down the road, and they’re all going to start hitting soon.

If they are in debt at least they’ve got plenty sofas to hide behind when the tax man comes knocking. New vlog title “extreme hide and seek, will the tax man find us?”

🎶 🎵 ✂ 🎵 🎶

Wake up in the afternoon with a head like, "What ya done?"
This used to be the life, but now I need another one.
I like f*ckin' up and carrying on despite dem clowns,
So how come I'm da victim but foos try to take me down?

So I'll creep along and I'll sing mah Prinneh song.
I'm gonna be the one who gets it wrong.
You'd better move when I'm sprayin' coffee round da room.
Looks like tit-Midas magic's out tonight.

But I don't feel like dancin' when the tiny violin plays.
My hairpiece could take a chance but my size 5's can't find a way.
You'd think Delonge could muster up a little soft-wheeled gentle sway,
But Bladder-Boi don't feel like dancin', no man, no dancin' today.

Don't feel like dancin', dancin',
Even though I've nothin' better to do.
Don't feel like dancin', dancin',
Why'd you pick on me? I'm not in the mood.
Don't feel like dancin', dancin',
I'd rather not be home with the one in the bed I wed. Would you?
