I agree with the sentiment about loving yourself. However, and this is just me, as a fitness fanatic, I believe it's possible to work hard to be a slimmer and healthier self, rather than just accepting yourself for 'how you are'.

Always make sure when you by Lol doll tat for your girls to disappoint one of them by opening her cards (what child doesn’t love actually opening their things, it is literally half the fun).
Then disappoint the other girl by telling her it was a gift for doing well then reveal that her sis also got the same gift too.
