Not recommended if your surname also begins with a vowel!
For instance Esme Ingham, always ends up pronounced Esme Yingham!
Or encourages the dreaded pause between the two names... Esme..... Ingham!
Same with Isla, in this instance its pronounced Isla Ringham!
