You and me both, sista/bruthaI've been a vegetarian for 21 years now and its come along in leaps and bounds what fake meat products etc you can buy now. Some of them are really good! (I managed to make a meal for an ex boyfriend who was a massive carnivore and even he thought it was real meat!)
This lot show exactly how NOT to be a vegetarian. How they have any energy to function I do not know*
*Well actually that could explain a lot in Lazy's case...![]()

When buying vegan stuff, I’m really into the pea and mushroom protein based products. Quorn was one of the first, but I’ve got stomach pains more than once from their vegan range, so I avoid it.
This lot are utterly clueless and revel in their ignorance. There is no shortage of info out there if one wants a healthy balanced diet. Yes, everyone would be better off not consuming animal products, but simply dropping processed animal flesh for processed soy/wheat etc., based products, is not going to give your body, especially the young and old. Add in all the sugar products & lack of routine and those kids are being seriously shafted.
