How does it work with the donation and tax? Seen someone mention something about that before and didn't understand what it meant..charity donation = tax dodging primarily !!
Agree with comment above about a Ailbhe finding a route to freebies - very true. The dublin cruises can’t be too busy in the winter and also with covid in 2020 I imagine she might be wondering what are the long term options....
If you give money to charity you can offset it against your taxes! So if you were due to pay 5k in tax but gave that to charity then you no longer have to pay 5k in tax. You can claim tax relief on it. You don’t get the whole 5k off! Anything above €250 entitled you to claim tax relief. Bono does it the whole time. Lots of bloggers do it! So remember when Rosie and Sue are doing things for charity... they’re gaining followers, people start rallying around them and then they don’t have to fork out for a lot of taxes but they look angelic! How does it work with the donation and tax? Only companies can not individualsIf you give money to charity you can offset it against your taxes! But a lot of those bloggers set up companies for themselves. I'm sure if their accountants are as creative as Grace's, none of them pay much in taxesOnly companies can not individuals
It includes self employed people too. They don’t have to be a registered company as such I don’t think.Only companies can not individuals
For self employed and paye workers the refund goes to the charity so the tax payer gets no benefit or tax relief. Only companies/businesses registered for corporation tax get a tax deduction. It includes self employed people too. They don’t have to be a registered company as such I don’t think.
This€300 is okay if it's mental health related apparently
If anything improving mental health should cost a lot lot less. Monetising vulnerability isn't something to be supported. Especially since there isn't a justification behind the cost really
Very well saidThisI think that having to spend that kind of money is actually madness in this day and age there should be support for people who need it. Also, and I’m probably going to be slated for this, I don’t believe in a lot of the mindfulness crack that is being spun for people with genuine issues. I believe in proper psychological and psychiatric intervention if it is needed I am all for that and a qualified psychologist can do wonders I have seen one myself over the years and she helped me more Than I can say but this business of doing a quick course and calling yourself a counsellor and charging a fortune to people desperate for help is absolutely disgraceful.
sorry. Tangent. But it is something that I’ve seen lately in my extended family and it has been awful to watch.
Stupid question yeah but jaysis she always takes the bait and posts a snotty comment!!Someone messaged her about who is taking care of her doggo. She reposted with a snarky message.
She is bitchy, but I don't know why they asked that. Absolutely none of their business.Someone messaged her about who is taking care of her doggo. She reposted with a snarky message.
It's a total overreaction to a harmless question. She is bitchy, but I don't know why they asked that. Absolutely none of their business.
