I don’t care they were hosted to a resort that had a naked island part. I kind of thought their reaction to it was a bit dippy.

I don't mind either, it's just that all this "I wonder if we'll flash you or not wink wink" combined with cheesy 70s adult film -ish background music and suggestive camera angles is annoying to me.

Even though I know they mean to be funny in a cheesy and goofy way, I can't help feeling like some sleazeball offered them a hefty sum of money for some content or that they're the kind of couple where the husband enjoys presenting his wife as some sort of a sexy eye candy.

Of course they're free to do so but I don't find them sexy at all. Or particularly funny. I might be raising an eyebrow for a reason though... There used to be a couple in my neighbourhood (knew their kids) who were fairly normal except they used to perform on weekends (musical show). The wife used to dress up quite extravagantly as a result. Ok fine, she's an artsy type, I thought. Over the years her style evolved from flirty housewife to ehrm... shall we say more daring 🙈Years later by accident ran into a feature online in the local media about the couple and their photography hobby. It was pretty obvious the husband was pro--- uh promoting his wife in more ways than just as an "artistic adult model" (their words)...

I know some couples get a kick out of such a thing but it was just... Sad.

As with every couple that gains traction on social media, the woman usually attracts the pervs who seem to completely ignore the fact they have a husband/boyfriend and go straight in with their delusions of "I'm in with a chance if only she'll notice me!"

Alison, as unsexy as she is, seems to get the same attention. There's a couple of instagram I've seen where the woman has two prominent teeth missing due to dental surgery and that hasn't stopped them. Those men just have a severe loneliness that cannot be cured.

If you get popular enough almost any woman will get attention especially if there is a lot of cheeky butt action going on. Not sure there is a big following for Eric’s underfed Rasputin look, but there probably is for some reason.

I still like following them, but there just seems to be something up. It might be more than the Texas property is a mess. They are far from Travel Beans train wrecks, but it just feels off to me.

to me they could have handled the nude island a lot more straight forward and less cheesy. It would have come off better. Probably better for the resort that paid for their stay too. Maybe they were upset the island was giving off more swinger’s vibes.

I still have to wonder how they can eat all the stuff they eat in their videos. Usually giant plates full of grease dripping stuff. I would die of acid reflux if I ate that! And I'd be massive.

:ROFLMAO:
To me he looks unwashed and ungroomed.
I remember a few years ago some company sponsored them for some trip or some destination or service or whatever. They were presented as a wholesome young travel couple. Nowadays they're all "look at Allison's butt! LOOK AT IT!!"

So they stopped the house because nobody cared to watch it? But they also said they have not been there for 5 months.

The only reason they doing anything now is because of the loan. They should just sell.

Instead they trying to sell their truck?

So they have not shown the Texas property for a year and not been to it for five months. It looked abandoned and they let the pipes freeze. I know they show their vlogs with a month or two delay. Maybe the pipes burst in the five months they were gone, or they left the place with broken pipes?

They sure seemed cash strapped, which means they are really in a bind or making a big mistake. That Ford is the most reliable thing they own and they still have a property to develop that will need a truck.

It does show it is a business first and doing it for fun is now a distant second. I found their last few travel vlogs pretty meh. Not terrible but sure did not have the heart in it their earlier travels used to exude. Also, Eric looks like he needs a hot meal and a haircut.

They're just so bad at everything. How many times have they completely built something only to have to do it over because they measured incorrectly or bought the wrong supplies? And if they extend their trip, why not ask someone to stop by and check on their property so they don't keep having to replace burst pipes and heating systems? And way to get viewers to want to buy your truck, when you admit during the video that it has issues with the wheels 🙄

It sounded like they left it with pipes frozen. They knew about it and didn't bother for 5 months.

To be honest, I always thought they were daft to be driving around in that old RV monster Clementine and then add the red Suzuki Samurai Ruby to the caravan. First they took years to renovate the 70s RV (which IMO is both weird and a money pit), then they need another car because let's face it, the RV is just trouble. They've been driving around rented and borrowed RVs and vans, why not just switch to something they can actually use?

Watching them tear down the old house (and breathing in the fumes) and building the new one has been both boring and sort of interesting. Honestly though I'd rather watch them build the house than Allison parading around in that red bikini.

But FTLOG, would they please stop naming inanimate objects?! 😫😂 I don't know what's this thing, is it meant to be cute or something but you don't need to pretend each and every wrench and hammer has a soul.

Why buy a newer Class C RV that will need moderate work when gutting an old wreck will give us content. Why buy some abandoned property for a home base? Now we have to fix it for content. We watch an RV travel couple (Wid RV Life) that bought an abandoned eight acres for content . They want a camper now, so did they buy a dent newer model that could use a bit of love? Heck no. They are building one nearly from scratch from a container trailer. Makes no sense but it sure is content. The Beans who are some of the laziest people on Earth (lazier than Tim Tracker) buy a dilapidated near condemnable old house? Content to fix it up until they realized they are too lazy to do anything other than moan about depression and pitch “Better Health.”

I think the Texas project was in part not popular and in part they bit off way more than they could chew.

They absolutely regret their Texas property project. Eric looks terrible. Allison looks like she is beginning to crack. I can’t fathom not roughing in the plumbing first then dropping the house on top. I just think they bit off way more than they bargained for as content.

I wonder why so many of these vloggers keep trying this. Do these reno projects get that many views?

They did mention that the Clementine project had good views so they thought the tiny house would too. Apparently, the views for the tiny house were not what they expected.

Wasn't Clementine during the pandemic (2021-ish)? People weren't going anywhere so they watched. These days most people aren't sitting at home watching videos all day and evening.
