So, my guess, it will be a rental in the future. SJ also explains that her London flat has been closed up during covid. Well, that is not true. FRK used it for quarantine when she went to retrieve her donated vehicle. On another note, Celeste arrives today.

2) Do NOT have PJ call, have Amaury call about getting a deal on the radiators, or Dan as well. They will be much much better at negotiating a deal. PJ is not the right guy for that job.
3) thank God you are getting a new boiler ... I think you should just get new radiators for the entire place. Once you're going for a deal on 12ish, you will get a better deal the more you get, so just do the lot .... the rest are on their way out any second any way.

I appreciate Anne Marie's work on the new shutters, but I swear this is the FOURTH time she's had a long conversations with him about how he's doing it ... once was enough, now it is BORING.
Oct 13 & 14 they should be on Chateau DIY with the front entrance and pigeon stair case.
There is another project, a small entrance we rarely see that she's done with them as well, and it should be out in not too long.
And Gerry's apartment is also a secret project with them ... but they have just gotten it to the stage we see Natti's apartment at, so doesn't sound very interesting.

(Josie is a wallpaperer and would have liked to help with a wallpaper job).
Josie and Tatti are working really well together in the kitchen. Very kind words for each other.

the MOST succinct post award goes to @Espe -thank you dearGawd, how awful she is, All the manic talking at speed and excessive jolly manner, body language and gestures serve to give the overall impression that she knows she is lying and being deceitful and every time she does a Patreon video, her whole manner suggests that she's cheating them and feels guilty about it so she puts on her "jolly" show and rushes through all the stuff she's embarrassed about. She is infuriating. Once she's rushed through the work being done and the money elements, she then slows down a bit and switches to her slightly less manic presenting style! All the rubbish about now being able to show the pigeon staircase, etc., now it's on the TV show - she's shown all these things loads of time in the vlogs already!
I really wish she would stop acting like an over-excited 6 year old girl; at a birthday party; it's annoying enough in a spoilt child but is way more annoying in a spoilt middle aged woman! And the almost equally annoying SS is already acting as if he's in charge of planning!

It's not black and white, they facilitate a need, I've bought through them and the research they did for each item I bought was credible/sound and they were a good sounding board in terms of evaluations and providing information on areas I was less knowledgable. I also inspected the items I bought, evaluated their provenance and did my own research. Much like anything it's buyer beware, and if you're spending upwards of 100K on an armoire you're probably also in a position where you have professionals look at your purchase before you buy it, or be educated enough to make your own evaluation or on the other hand have way too much money to care about its authenticity. The antique, art and artefact market is very broad and auction houses normally have a fairly skeleton staff that need to churn through an inventory even if its not necessarily their specialisation, they are not necessarily academic or museum experts on each item/area they need to catalogue. But hey, SJ doesn't need to bear the heavy burden of dealing with auction houses, she's cramming every inch of that Shittoo with tacky emmaüs refuse ......Picking up on a previous post, Christie's is implicated in this world wide network of pirated artifacts. No one should do business with them, think of their endorsement as an honor, think of them as arbiters of taste, or of their hallmark as a fair ascription of value to goods.
