I know there are a few here that are not really fans of him but I like him.

Regardless of how anyone feels about him - he is a nice, harmless and kind chap. I am sure everyone hopes that things work out for him and Tatty.

Both she and Selmar clearly have some issues and vulnerabilities. While Selmar is gentle and kind and would never deliberately hurt anyone, he is very naive and it seems Tatty may be the same. Her odd writing about one of J.K. Rowling's characters, (together with physical props!) would seem to indicate that she lives in a fantasy world and I guess they both think, only after after face-timing and then meeting for the first time in reality, this is a life-long love affair and maybe that's why she has brought so much with her. Would either of them be strong enough to support the other in any kind of crisis? Living in the camper van at La la land will not be a good place to start off this relationship and however concerned Fanny pretends to be about Selmar, she lacks the empathy and wisdom to be of any help. If Tatty falls out with her when she finds CLL is not quite as she envisioned it, it will be very uncomfortable. T does not seem very strong to me and may need a lot of support.. We can only wish them well and hope any misgivings are wrong.

If they were trying to find each other in any place other than lalande, lots to think about but living arrangements make so much of a difference. I was happy they both favour the same font in vlogs/blogs. Wish them well, hell of a risk to move, meet and try tis whole idea. Crazier things have brought people together. I really hope that Tatty is not a superfan, and found Selmar via CD - she could be more interested in the chateau life, than the van home.

Do these people not realise that posting these pleas for a vlog is demeaning to themselves? Petherick isn't even reading the comments. He despises the Youtubers because they do not pay to watch and despises Patrons because they do. The fastest way to get a response from him (if they are so desperate for one) is to withdraw their patron monies. What motivation is there to vlog when there is £2000 a month coming in for free. (the equivalent of about £30,000 gross). The only way they will hear from their hero again is when the money runs dry.
