I know we've all said this numerous times but it still astounds me that patrons cannot see through these scroungers. It doesn't take a PhD in rocket science to see the flaws in their characters. It's so transparent; are they blind? The evangelical people who were shocked at Marie's ridiculous magic rocks, meanwhile ignore the way the LL chapel has been used, while those of us without those beliefs, can see how disrespectful that was. Marie; Ryan; MP, and Sadie come up with sob stories and the fans immediately pay up. It's only a matter of time before Andrew leaves MPK, who will then show everyone how devastated he is as he spent so much money on getting him back to Spain, etc., and no doubt, the money will flow in. In the meantime, thousands of people are so in fear for their and their families' lives that they hand their babies over a wall to anyone in chaotic scenes at the airport in Kabul to try and get them out of the country. Millions have died in a global pandemic and medical staff have worked themselves tirelessly, many for very little pay. Millions live in countries run by dictators living in luxury while the rest of the population starve or die of horrendous diseases. Others live in war zones and fear for their lives every single day. Even in our own, more privileged countries, there is great poverty and hardship and yet these stupid fans continue to give their hard-earned, or inherited money to people who are begging just because they want to renovate their house, or to buy a new car; a chandelier; a designer wardrobe, or they seek support for an already hedonistic lifestyle. It seems to me that these supporters are as unethical as the people they support.
