I think Dan is amused by her, not attracted. He has a beautiful wife and family and lives a sane life. Yes, he must be scratching his head (like a lot of us) at how her channel is so successful and how she manages to hoodwink the grannies, when she is such a vacuous, narcissistic, talentless, lazy, deluded waste of space. Says alot about his previous owners to abandon him there. Was he originally a house cat and found himself living in stables if he was lucky? Any other cats there? It seems to me Ruby and the sheep were in the same boat in that noone really cared what happened to them on a day to day basis. Im glad Selmar has a love for animals, they certainly need it with 'owners' such as these.
SJ may have had a higher education than Dan but Dan is actually the wiser one and a nicer human being. He is also a better video maker. Even Selmar has more wisdom than our chatelaine!

Sad news from Chateau Croix De La Hônet, Peter and Anna are having to sell up. Because of Covid, all Peter's real consulting jobs have dried up and they can no longer keep the chateau. No patreon account or go-fund-me, never asked anyone for a penny. They are looking to buy a much smaller renovation project. I feel sorry for them as they're such a genuine couple. Weird but wonderful.

Nutti is even shorter - 5' 1" and FRK is the same as SSB - no wonder their backs do not hurt using the kitchen table as a food prep surfaceI asked my friend Google and he told me that 5"4' is 1,62 m.
So... she is absolutely short (or at least not as tall as she would want to be) !
That is not good for our Chatelaine and I understand now her need of high heels and (very) short dresses : she wants to be seen and noticed in the middle of the other women.
How truly pathetic it is. Sometimes, I even pity her... but not for long !

I am devastated for them, they worked so hard. Never begged for money and even presented their last vlog as a fait accompli, negating any potential begging. I applaude them and they have my complete admiration.

Yesterday’s vlog. It was meant to be a day at the chateau, however when the large box of plants arrived I noticed the table set with the ivy pattern China. I also noticed behind the large box was a plate with spent matches and a matchbox. They were used when lighting the candles on the cake which, supposedly happened later in the day?
I watched FRK’s birthday vlog and she really will have to up her game. Most of it was spent snivelling- I get she was emotional receiving gifts from her mum, it’s only natural but why on earth did she think that made good entertainment? I could not stand the constant sniffing - why not stop filming, get a tissue, blow your nose off camera and come back. We will still know you’ve been crying so the sympathy will continue!

Exactly my sentiments. They obviously got their tears and upset out of the way beforehand and presented a dignified vlog explaining why and how, and what was going to happen next. They have a very strong bond as a couple. I'm sure their next scaled down venture will be great. Respect to them.
I've always thought she's a allumeuse (teaser ?). So vulgar.
I couldn't read the name of this "champagne" on the bottle (not the Bellini one but the other bottle in the kitchen).
Anyway, I've never seen anybody (in France) opening a bottle of Champagne the way Marie did : shaking it for ages as if it was some sort of cocktail.
They were clearly all drunk at the end of the video. God knows how the birthday party ended up... Maybe even Sarah ended up laughing and dancing around the tables
