Maybe the rumour about Aunt & Uncle buying into the Dump is true. They may have sold up in England in order to buy Lalande outright from the 3 current owners in order for them all to get round the new French regulations. I don't know much about the tax situation, but it seems to me that all of them would benefit from this one way or the other.
Neither Baghead nor Potty seem to want to be involved much anymore, and Fanny clearly is not serious about the renovations. I think she is bored with it all.
Except, of course, this would complicate the Association renovation pledge that Fanny has made to her Patrons....
I wonder if aunt and uncle have purchased a chateau with a cottage on the property. The cottage is the tiny house that Amaury and Nutty moved to several months ago. Uncle was talking about removing 18 or 19 chandeliers out of their old barn house in England. Did they bring the chandeliers to install in their new French home?

Under normal circumstances I agree that it would not be a good move for them. But I think that the whole Jarvis clan will be frantically trying to work out how to keep the Lalande cashcow 'in the family'. It is clear that Fanny is not capable of running things and I think she may be either wanting out herself, or maybe she is being forced out by her disinterested financial partners and the rest of her family. Putting Aunt & Uncle in charge could be the way forward. They are popular with the fanbase, they speak the language, they would get things done (with their son's help) and could give the patrons what they have been promised: renovation progress. It could work.
ps. And it would be a great way to get rid of the PhiPhi curse.

If Aunt and uncle purchased their own property, Amaury would probably help them fix it up if necessary or work around the home or grounds. It would provide an opportunity for Amaury and his parents to have their own channel or Patreon and be in control of the videos and content.

What this man does is dangerous and putting unnecessary risk to others…sending a very scary and wrongful message….of this kind of DIY is possible… so sad why no authorities are in France for safety checks…I started to watch those videos with excitement in the beginning… but stopped as it’s getting really troubling to see the risks

No structural engineer worth a damn will give you plans for a roof on that foundation. Not the comment you want but it’s true.
My guess is very close and that it was bought long ago, then AnneMarie & Nasti bought close to it or are living in a converted outhouse at the new property.
I can’t imagine they’d buy a property in France much smaller than they had in the UK and they’d get alot more for their money plus change.
I also think he’s been working in said properties for a while now, hence lack of work at the Dump. He can’t be in two places at once and I’d guess Mum & Dad’s property would come first.
I think it’s all been planned way before Aumery moved lock, stock and barrel to LaLande. Makes perfect sense. Unlike Fanny, they’ve been forward planning and preparing their switch from the UK to France for possibly views, getting property viewings In whilst staying at The Dump. They are not stupid people despite appearing so at times.
Going forward, it’s a good decision for them to have Aumery & Nati close , but living independently. They’re not getting any younger.

I thought Amaury's parents had said more than once that they were intending to buy a property in the south of France, not near the CHMN.
Fingers crossed, I'd love it especially if they started their own youtube. Their property in Suffolk was up for a while, which has given them ample time to search around. Just of curiosity I had a look on IAD Immobiler in a 20km radius of the shitoo. Found two properties that looked interesting one at Fresselines postcode 23450, 28min away 469.000 euro and another at Crevant postcode 36140 10min away 790.000 euro. So there's stuff our there.
