I asked earlier if the Sunday woe flog regarding Percy's ill health could be saved into Wiki. I have a deep suspicion that that flog may be "edited" or even removed.

We know that lielanders read here fervently. At some point one of them, mummy , potts, baghead, bagheads Marie will come to a realisation and point out to Despicable fanny that she has probably shot herself in the foot. Scored a serious "own goal".

Tattle have analysed her flog and have highlighted all the holes and lies and suspicious statements in her story. It's true that we do not have privy to the actual information but enough was given to start loud alarm bells ringing with us, a broad spectrum of individuals with a wealth of experience.

We have ascertained that tb is a serious, transmittable illness. It should be reported to authorities in all cases (UK & France) whether or not it was diagnosedin those countries. That the Jarvis's and their entourage have flitted about from country to country with this poor infected man is beyond belief. If I was a betting person I would put money on the fact that the jarvis women have known for quite sometime about Percy's illness but were not going to allow it to interfere with their plans. The argument between fanny and mummy in Egypt, mummy's eye appointments in UK etc., etc.

If she believes that her woe flog is enough to cover her arse with the residents of LieLand, the visitors to LieLand, the people that all of the above have interacted with she is gravely mistaken. She has put out a statement for the world to see that a sick, old man has been traipsing around with an infectious disease visiting places, taking planes, boats and other forms of transports and possibly spreading the disease in the process to all he/they have come into contact with beggars belief.

I hope that Percy is getting the correct treatment and being properly cared for. I hope he can make a good recovery. And I hope that he will now stay away from fanny, her pink phone and lielande.

There are too many holes in Despicable fanny's story. There is no doubt that Percy has been unwell for some time. But I would just like to make these points...

Why was Percy taken to the UK for diagnosis and possible further treatment? I can't believe he has any cover for UK treatment. Why not get him treated in France in that case? Or just go back to South Africa where he is fully covered?

No cancer diagnosis will be made without at least a biopsy and no biopsy is foolproof. Often surgery needs to take place to prove the cancer.

If his sons are medical professionals (and I'm not doubting that they are) why were they not intervening before? Why did Despicable fanny and Gerry "allegedly" stage an intervention for him to see a specialist in Cambridge? This is lies to show her fans that she can make things happen and is a caring and kind Florence Nightingale type..

Mummy has been having treatment and follow up treatment for her eyes in UK, certainly because that's where she is still covered by the health service. She maybe French but she's not paid up in France and probably not covered by the national system. That and that alone, I believe, is the reason mummy and Percy are in Europe. I have no doubt that Despicable fanny whined and created and threw tantrums that her mother had to be in France for her sodding flog.

Despicable fanny has a pattern, a cycle. Views are down, create a drama - Dan and Annalise, Ian the plasterer, the young lady at the design school, MariE, peachick, hedgehog, now Percy... the list will be endless. Even Pavlinas' arrival was a drama. Drama created excuses will start to be made. "Yes, we're going ahead with the patroen day. I can't let you down, but I will soldier on stoically." Give it a day or two and perhaps we'll hear "that under the circumstances" she felt she couldn't go ahead, she's so worried/sad/concerned. She will also have to postpone scheduled works, the lake/chapel/rest of the heating/anything else. There will be a mercy dash to south Africa thrush in tow. "I'm so worried about Percy I just had to be here". Then she will need to take the inevitable break to recover from the sadness/worry/concern. It's all been so draining. And voila, no work on the shit'o for the foreseeable.

I am not a cynical person but I can smell bullshit and lies and all of this is bullshit and lies.

There is a silver lining to the patroen day being cancelled... that beckybaconeater and her delightful sister have booked non refundable travel and accommodation.

I just went over to the Brenda's Facebook page to see if there were any Patron pictures and saw a rather large post from Brenda where she says she's explaining and answering questions she's received. According to her, she had to field a lot of messages about these topics. I love how she explains that she is NOT Lalande mastermind. Coulda fooled me, Brenda!

I'm just going to copy and paste what she wrote here, instead doing my usual screen shots, as it's long - I did do one screenshot so you can see it's legitimate.

Make of it what you will, but it's just more covering of Stephanie and her lies with regard to Patreon. Of course, she doesn't mention how Stephanie herself said she would provide accountability with regard to Patreon expenditures! I did find it interesting that at the end, she outlines what and in what order she would do the work required at the chateau and, for once, I agree with her.

Good afternoon everyone.
There have been some posts over the last few days which have raised some questions, & created a lot of messages for me!
For those who are confused let me try to explain, but first I must say I am not a Lalande mastermind.
I will speak generally, for specific questions, if you are a Patron send a message via Patreon, if you are a follower here send an email to Natalia.

1. Patreon is NOT a charity.
2. Patreon is a platform where creators can upload their work, in Stephanie's case a video based on her life & living at Lalande.
3. People can subscribe, there is a charge for the subscription which has various tiers, to her channel & receive video content each week. There is a choice of tiers, some come with more than the video content.
4. Stephanie receives the subscription revenue from Patreon, less their commission.
5. The money Stephanie receives from Patreon, is hers, it is her income/proceeds from her business, that business is the production of a weekly video made available to her subscribers.
6. No Stephanie legally does not have to provide ANY information on her finances relating to Patreon or any other income source to Patrons.
7. Stephanie, like every other tax payer will have to provide an income & expenditure detail to revenue.
8. A non-profit organisation was set up for Chateau de Lalande & the estate. This covers the restoration & maintenance. As a NP organisation they will benefit from attractive rates relating to revenue charges on eligible expenditure. It does NOT mean Stephanie will not being tax, it means certain aspects of her interests will have lower rates.
9. The B& B is exempt from the non profit, and will be accounted for as a stand alone business requiring full accounts to be presented, showing income & expenditure. Natalia, Maria & the housekeeping staff will come under this umbrella.
10. I would assume that the non profit accounts will include capital expenditure, that is, any works done to the building & estate, to ensure its survival.
11. However, it would not include improvements which would increase the value of the asset, such as internal renovations. It would not include running costs incurred in the day to day management of the business, the B&B.
12. The same rule of thumb as above would apply to Stephanie's You Tube Channel, this will also be dealt with as an independent business & have no preferential rates applied.
13. There will also be consideration for personal use within the accounts.
14. The You Tube channel will provide a salary for Philip & will be Stephanie's main source of personal income.
15. How she spends that income is a matter for herself.
16. Stephanie, made a personal decision to use her income from Patreon to carry out restoration & refurbishments to Lalande. Not all projects will fall under the umbrella of non-profit, & will be subject to full rates within the taxing system.
17. So when remarks are made that patrons are paying for Stephanie to own a chateau, that is a twisted concept. If I worked for tesco or walmart, I would receive a monthly salary, just as Stephanie does from Patreon. If I use that income to pay my mortgage buy a new car & go on an exotic holiday...would you say tesco or walmart paid for it? No, my job with them enabled me to do those things. Just as Stephanie's Patreon account, her video creation & her popularity have enabled Stephanie to improve Lalande.
18. Does Stephanie have to tell us how she spends her money, no absolutely not. It is her personal income, if she files tax returns & some elements of those are available to the public you can view away at them. But Stephanie does not legally, have to provide her Patrons or followers with forensic details of any elements of her accounts. I am sure anything that is available to the public will be on the relevant government site. That said, Stephanie may choose to say what she has spent or is going to spend etc...that is her choice, not an obligation.
19. If Stephanie was a Billionaire, & still had her Patreon account, with 4000 subscribers who she continued to create a weekly video for, she would be doing nothing wrong, she is not taking money for nothing.
20. Amaury, Nick, maintenance staff, garden staff would fall under the non-profit remit & may carry preferential employers rates...I am unsure.
21. Employment taxation rates are high in France, mainly in relation to health I believe. It is therefore easier in some instances to employ registered self employed/business to carry out work as there will be less red tape & long term commitment.
22. For me personally, I would tackle the main building 1st, roof, windows, heating, dry lining etc. A room at a time until every room was finished. Then I would do the terrace, followed by the chapel & my very last priority would be the lake. I could live without a jaunt on a boat....but not with a cold home. But, everyone is different, we all have our own ideas & thoughts about how we would do something....& we all think our idea is better.....but is it really....probably not.

Dear Brenda, please remove your head from Fanny’s ass just long enough to pay attention.

Brenda is playing with words regarding the Association and non profit accounts. She’s saying that Stephanie would be taxed on anything outside the purview of money collected on Patreon for the Association. In other words, for example, money for restoration work would not be taxed (considered the Association), but money for improvements or other things would be taxed (non Association).

But on Patreon, Stephanie very specifically says that when you join at every level you “become a benefactor of the registered non-profit Chateau de Lalande Association, which is dedicated to restoring and renovating the chateau! Your support will be used to bring a beautiful 16th century French chateau back to life.” The Patreon is led to believe that all their money is going to the Association. In reality…per Brenda…that’s not true. According to Brenda, Stephanie could choose to use a portion of the money for the restoration (no taxes on that portion) and another portion for whatever she wants (taxed). For example, 10% of the money could be deemed Association (no tax) and 90% deemed non-Association (taxed) to be used for ANYTHING Stephanie wants…including improvements, travel, clothes, tat, alcohol. Dear Brenda is saying that‘s ok because that part would be taxed, and it’s Stephanie’s money to do as she pleases.

My issue is that it’s very deceiving on Stephanie’s Patreon membership level pages. What Brenda is saying may be true, but it’s NOT clear…it’s very misleading. For all anyone knows, Stephanie might be using nearly all the money for non restoration activities. No one has any idea because accounts aren’t shared. And Brenda defends this by basically saying it’s no one’s business. But if you are led to believe your money is being used for restoration, it IS your business.


Stephanie Jarvis…you are a nasty, disgusting, deceptive bitch. And the president of your fan club, Brenda, isn’t doing you any favors.

Exactly this! Just when I thought she was done going on and on, she just kept going! Pulling out all the books by authors who recovered from having TB was bizarre. I guess she was just trying to prove to her adoring and concerned fans that it is curable, but I feel she wanted to appear manic also. Loosing both her father and dear Percy would be too unbearable. When it comes to her followers, it’s important to keep the level of concern for her heartbreak at the same level of her grifting outcomes.
She said that Percy wanted her viewers to know what was going on but it just seemed like she over shared. When people over share, I often think it’s because they feel guilty about something or need attention because they are uncomfortable with their feelings/thoughts or just trying to suck attention.
I am sad to hear about Percy and glad that he’s getting help- overseen by his family (surgeon sons).

It could be there have been tensions between the two families, who knows but he's certainly better off where he is now, receiving professional care and most certainly needs to be given time and space in his convalescence. I hope she doesn't go racing there and if she does his sons take charge of the situation whatever the family dynamics are or were. If he were to suddenly take a turn for the worse, would he have the strength to recover?

I imagine he will be in hospital and isolation for a while. I don't think any of us can tell what goes on in families and often diagnosis can take time. One thing I am sure of if Fanny hops on a plane she will not be a support to Isabelle but more likely to stress her out. She will not shop, cook, clean and do practical things to make life easier -she will faff, move things around and be a needy pain in the arse as always. All this will obviously be recorded on her pink phone. Isabelle needs someone to drive her to and from the hospital, make sure she eats properly, gets rest and is looked after. Fanny and Snorts are way too self involved to fulfil that need.

Wonder if Gerry has yet woken up to the fact that he is never going to get his retirement apartment. So much gratitude for all the holidays he took her on and for indulging the little madam when she was growing up!

If he has any sense at all he will no longer want to retire to Lieland. He has had serious health issues, he is not getting any younger, and who knows how much longer he will be allowed to drive. I am not sure whether he can speak French, but it not that easy for a UK resident to simply retire to France these days. He will be stuck in the middle of nowhere, possibly unable to drive himself around, and at the mercy of her ladyship and PhiPhi. I really can't see them looking after him very well. He only seems to be of use to them for tv filming these days.

He is not my favourite character, but I think he means well and deserves a quiet old age living in Framlingham, with friends and familiar surroundings and a medical service he can easily access if necessary. Maybe he could sell his business and move into Mummy's house, as I doubt she will be able to travel back and forth from SA very much in the future.

However much he annoys me, he does not deserve to spend his remaining years at the mercy of an increasingly bizarre SJ and her band of peculiar sad sacks.

Fanny says that Percy underwent tests in SA at the start of the year (February?) when he was told he 'needed to live with it." Given that SA is a high incidence country for TB, you would think that the alarm would have been raised at that stage. Is this when his sons started to question if this could be TB? If so, why would they not have tried to prevent him from travelling to the UK and France when they knew that he was in poor health or is the case that Fanny and IJ had more sway over Percy's decision to travel, when he was clearly very unwell at that point.

The UK specialist who suggested that it was possible that this was likely to be cancer and intended to carry out a biopsy in two weeks before any treatment could begin approx two weeks later. (Junior doctors took part in strike action from 7am on 13 July until 7am on 18 July 2023 and hospital consultants were strike for 48 hours from 7am on 20 July.3 Jul 2023, delaying treatment for many.) I am sure that being the rapid deterioration in Percy's general health and frail appearance would have contributed to his probable diagnosis. They decided to go back to SA where he would be seen a little sooner and he had the biopsy last week, that revealed the TB.

She says that his surgeon in SA said that TB was prevalent in the past but almost eradicated and yet

"TB is the leading cause of death in South Africa. It kills approximately 89,000 people per year, or 10 people every hour. Effective treatments are available, and the country has made significant progress in combating the disease, but much more is required to bring it under control." 7.12.2022

Fanny's version of events always throw up more questions than answers.

Spot on Jeeves. Given that Stephanie Jarvis is a pathological liar as well as a manipulative, scatterbrained idiot when it comes to relaying accurate information about anything ( including herself), and her desire to generate drama for her ongoing video soap opera, any time her lips are moving, any words that come rapidly tumbling out of her mouth should be regarded as a heaping pile of stinking garbage until substantiated by a reliable source of info that is not Jarvis based. Stephanie Jarvis is always to be considered an “ unreliable narrator.” (Shout out to Sister George Michael from Derry Girls for unreliable narrator term).

It is time for Percy’s sons and daughter to shut down elderly Percy’s travels as a character in the Stephanie/Mummy Jarvis/ LieLande traveling shit show. He needs to stay in his home country of South Africa under the supervision of his physician children who can appropriately monitor and quickly respond to any alterations in his fragile condition and manage the interplay of his multiple, complicated health issues. Play time with the selfish, greedy, competitive Jarvis ladies is over.

Former psych nurse for the elderly, Mummy Jarvis, is well aware that incessant traveling, damp, dirty surroundings, spending hours crammed in the back of automobiles, in plane seats, and other mass public settings, eating spartan, eclectic “ meals” at the Dump (were they providing liquid nutritional supplementation to try to offset Percy’s inability to swallow easily and to combat his alarming weight loss?), navigating different unsafe settings not equipped for the safe accommodation of an elderly man, and without immediate access to quality medical care by physicians who are well acquainted with his past health history, etc. to quickly take care of his ever changing condition, etc. Remember where it appeared that Percy had suffered an injury to his head or knee from a fall at the Dump? Percy could easily fall on the stone steps ( with railings) leading to the Mummy apartment and crack his head open. Who from the bumbling Dump crew would even notice?

I think if his sons and daughter have any influence over their father, it is highly unlikely Percy will ever darken the doors of the Dump again. Even if one assumed that Stephanie Jarvis could ever be truthful and accurate about anything, her comments as well as the CD video footage amply illustrate that Percy’s increasingly fragile and constantly changing health issues cannot be appropriately and safely managed long distance through care by multiple providers in multiple countries and settings without putting himself and the general public around him at great risk (of contracting TB, etc.)Percy’s family must be frustrated watching their elderly father fed prison rations, folded up like a piece of origami and crammed into vehicles to be ferried across England and France, and chased with the little pink camera to perform as the current LieLande court jester, all at the whim of the Jarvis crew

Hopefully, Percy will have the best chance to successfully recover from this latest setback in a stable home environment in his home country of South Africa monitored by his physician sons and family members. Could he even be cleared for travel on an airplane with a confirmed diagnosis of TB or could precautions be taken to protect himself and others?

Percy’s family will now have to swat Stephanie Jarvis and her pink camera wielding man hand claws away like a pesky fly as she travels to South Africa for an impromptu vacation and to stay with Mummy. Adding Stephanie Jarvis to the mix rarely makes any situation better. His family must regret the day Percy crossed paths with Mummy.
