I’ve been sleuthing. I know the policy here about not rattling etc but Puhlease - how else will we stop this dreadful woman? Anyway, I now have contact deets of the executive board at Patreon and I wondered am I allowed to post here or is that a no go?

Stephanie has told her viewers she is too busy and may suffer burn out if she does 2 videos a week. This is just a rouse to get more subscribers to her travel channel where she doesn't have to answer questions about non existent renovations, if she gets the numbers up it also legitimises the travel and she can get it paid for. She has time to travel to Paris, Versaille and Maastricht and shoot a flog because that doesn't cause burn out? ummm Also I bet in time she hopes to open a patron account for the travel flog for content only. She wants to move away from CD's she has no interest in renovating and certainly no interest in ploughing vast sums of money into a property where she will see no return.

She has a steep mountain to climb with the (vanity project) travel channel. There hasn’t been a virtual stampede of CD subscribers/viewers hitting the “subscribe” button since the channel hit YT, not helped by a 6 month hiatus in providing content. The channel itself is simply a(nother) mechanism to generate some dosh but , at the moment, that looks a fool’s errand. The majority of her fervent fans and devout followers are there for her and Chateau Diaries. They’ll tolerate a bit of travel but not being saturated in it. They won’t migrate to the travel channel which offers nothing new or different and, frankly, is amateur in the extreme. Some supporters said they didn’t like the vlogs visiting Chateau DIY chateaux or vlogs or random European destinations (the latter conveniently giving her what amounts to a free holiday if she can offset the expenses against YT income) from which she cobbles together vlogs.

it’s really short-sighted and arrogant for her to assume she can will build up a similar following with the Grand Tour. And alienating long-standing CD viewers by decreasing vlogs while at the same time pushing her very ordinary travel channel, to protect herself from burn out, is crazy…a massive contradiction!

Since the money came pouring in and she could afford "help" with everything she does less and less as do all her employees. Snorts is her cameraman, edits some and encourages her lazyness, what the hell do they do all day 7 days a week ?
Billster has lots of good grafters helping him but he vlogs at least 5 days a week, filming, editing and uploading that same day, with a sense of humour, has a wife and two boys and the chateau and home to run, antiques to buy, Ecoflow and other products to purchase, a huge project to run and organise. What with Michael, Ryan, Sadie, Mo, his Mum and Dad he has far more on his plate and better results than Fanny and her CHMN characters.

I totally agree with you in connection with Pavlina's safety.
But, as with anyone/anything associated with the HMN, unfortunately, there are always far more questions than answers.
AND, as we have recently witnessed, anybody working at that property should "safeguard" themselves against future ramifications of any nature.

Fanny is not a good presenter. She makes all of her video so boring. The chateau is well maintained, painstakingly restored with appropriate furnishing and decorations (no Bordello chic elements like the Dump), and is immaculate.

They had no bird tit covered chairs, peeling wallpaper, no ceilings being held up by support poles, etc. I don’t believe they have had semi pornographic photo shoots in their chapel area, and Fanny didn’t volunteer that she had hedonistic costume parties, suppers, and photo shoots in her crumbling chapel and loved to climb in and out of the Dump windows to cherry pickers to ride up and down admiring the views and having drinks sent to her bedroom. The Dutch chateau had paintings depicting the military, horses, or landscapes. I did not spot a painting with women and men playing tennis with their genitals hanging out.

The foundation has had beautiful new oak flooring, antique bookcases, etc. donated to the chateau restoration. Such an enormous chateau, but no china room.Hmmmmm.

The video is crammed wall to wall full of ads and here is Fanny’s love bombing word count (all said with a voice quivering with faux manic excitement)

Phi Phi’s loud repetitive music choice overwhelmed the video constantly. I don’t think he can film any video without interjecting his opinions or observations despite hundreds of comments and complaints from viewers and Patrons.

The Dump crew are hard core monitoring the comment section. Caroline Gooder aka Fanny showed up in the live chat as well as the comments. Evidently, 10% owner who has paid nothing towards heating Michael Potts loves a garden maze, and Caroline Gooder wants one built for him. Stephanie Jarvis is insane and greedy.

Fanny has a farmhouse that is in the process of collapsing. She really needs to stay at the Dump and fix the buildings rather than waste money traveling, shopping, and on gardens that will never be maintained and will fall into ruin as soon as the money dries up.

One day at Lalande with the Pergola and tea area built, there will be a gossip area for the trees to soak up. Also, the mill will be a great sixth year project after the lake, natural pond, and pool areas are built in the fourth year. CG talking about 5 years plans and 6 years plans - how about a one f-ing week plan that actually gets completed?

Her CD weekly vlog is just a re-hash as far as I can tell - cut and pasting editing that any school child could do nowadays. And, Philip deleting every post where any Patron asks a simple, polite question. Way to go PJ, tremendous marketing foresight and ongoing business plan.

Since @Selma posted his vlog last week, that is exactly what they have both been doing 24/7, without a shadow of a doubt!
I would like to think that any money Stephanie Jarvis has recently spent on botox injections has been completely wasted through the stress of it all and that both their eyes are hanging out on stalks too.
