Also, if I were donating to Stephanie, I would stop because of the dismissive and abrasive in your face comments on YouTube and now spilling over into Patreon. They will chase away the nice normal people. No one wants to pay to be treated badly. People want to be heard and accepted.

And we 15 haters and 3 fat envious trolls are now officially mouth breathers? Very good. Why am I never mentioned, am I not mean enough? I may defend Phillip, but I cannot stand "mummy", FRK, or Young Trotter. I don't see why the fuss about Annalise and Dan. It was quite obvious that he left, and that his type would not leave unless in lust. Annalise did one of those interviews with Stehpanie where she gushed about Dan and their love, and that there had always only been him for her. Then he does the dirty with this girl who was smoking in the barn, Sabine. And Stephanie had to get rid of her as it all became too complicated. It may be on the cards that she turns up again once the dust has settled, and then she can start up with Dan with a clean slate.
I do fear Annalise is waiting patiently for the full time Youtuber Dan, to come to his senses. She is looking lovely these days, she ought to chat up some friendly frog and not waste her youth.

The project manager lady is absolutely right. It is a shambles. Very funny that Phillip wanted Stephanie to elaborate on their relationship. He is the keener part. what is there to elaborate on? Is he to become part owner prior to nuptials? He seems pretty confident in his future planning for the place and of their relationship. He has invested china in this project, he is not going to ever let it go. Stephanie let slip a moment and showed us how she truly believes her minions ought to pay for fine holidays for her and escort. "Do tell us if there is anywhere you would like us to travel...to show you" or something on that line. They ought to save their patreon money for a holiday for themselves! Then she hastedly added "or, somewhere you have been yourselves", - yes princess, they may have lives themselves. I have myself been in pirate waters recently, but now I am playing in the heart of Londonium again. I already miss the sun and surf, so I may have to leave again soon. Things are looking bleak in old Blighty these days, I am considering early retirement or just doing something less taxing in Tax havens. Surfing and moving money about. Not vlogging, that is VERY taxing evidently. One needs two months rest after vlogging. :LOL:🍸

Interesting suggestion to appoint Stephanie Jarvis' cousin projectmanager.
Did I ever tell what happened when Ian the builder suggested the same, or actually the opposite? He had spoken with Armoir about it before, who told him he was not interested in the job ever, so when Stephanie Jarvis talked to Ian the builder about perhaps asking her cuz to manage the construction work, Ian told her exactly that: he isn't interested. When Armoir found out, he was furious with Ian, saying it wasn't his place to say things like that.
I have always thought this could have been the cuz' motive to sabotage Ian's work...

Mary you're actually mistaken. Patreon was set up specifically for renovations. That is why Stephanie is able to receive money tax free, through the association. If this was a subscription service, the not for profit would not stand, therefore Stephanie would be taxed on this income. Thank you, Chloe Hutton! A voice of reason…we would welcome you on Tattle! My issue with Stephanie’s Patreon has always been the Association. The Association was set up to avoid paying taxes because the donations are supposed to go 100% toward the restoration of the farmhouse. As long as she adheres to those rules, that’s fine! But the lack of transparency with any kind of accounts or financial reports, and the lack of restoration progress we see with our own eyes, leads me (and many people) to believe something doesn’t smell right. If there was no Association, she could do anything she wanted with the money. However, collecting money tax-free comes with responsibilities. Where I disagree with Chloe is when she says “Stephanie has always been so careful to ensure Patreon funds are only for renovations.” I don’t think SJ’s been that careful…was it on purpose or due to incompetence? Either way, it doesn’t matter to the tax man.

Please take precautions, don't post exterior photos of your house or give them any other clues to your exact location. Keep your guard up while on tattle, I have a strong gut feeling that some on here are not what we think. There's an enormous amount of money at stake, people do fucked up things for much less.

Jul 20, 2022 speculation post about taxes on Patreon funds if she spends in violation of association rules.

Fanny has little to no boundaries in her own life and I think she has the same lack of respect for legal rules that would prevent her from using designated association funds in an unauthorized manner. I would not be surprised if her accounts are a total shitshow and that she has co-mingled personal and association funding monies, and has blurred the lines between personal indulgences and restoration funding and the accounts from which such expenses would be paid.

IMHO, Fanny has a long-standing and well known inability/ refusal to follow rules and manage funds, so much that her mother had to have Fannys spending overseen by others. Yet, despite her inability to manage money and her excessive spending sprees, she failed to have a financial advisor to monitor the association accounts and her spending.

This is not Fanny being an airhead, disorganized, free spirited, or flaky. Despite her past conduct/ history in failing to manage money properly and rein in her out of control spending, she and Mummy knowingly did not appoint or hire someone with financial experience to oversee Fannys/the associations spending, etc. Why would they fail to do so?

IMHO, because rules don’t apply to the little orphan princess and she wanted to make sure she could use the association monies freely whenever and however she wanted as a tax free piggy bank with no oversight. And as usual, I would surmise that she wildly and inappropriately overspent, and most likely failed to follow association guidelines, probably co-mingled funds with non association accounts, etc.

Having the tax free association saves Fanny from paying approx (my super rough guesstimate based upon adding up her monthly Patreon income for 2021 and roughly applying the standard France or England tax rates for personal income on the Patreon income only ) $175,000 in taxes on the 2021 Patreon monies received alone. That is an additional $175,000 that she can spend and most likely has wasted shopping, etc.

If Fanny lost her Association status as a result of failing to follow guidelines, misleading patrons to obtain monies, etc., I do not know the applicable French or British law as to whether she would lose the tax free association status and have to pay $175,000 in taxes on the 2021 Patreon income alone. In the United States, if you lose the tax free status, it would not be unusual that taxes would have to be paid on the Patreon income Fanny had sheltered tax free in an association.

Fanny does not ever want anyone examining her hot mess accounts for the association. If she lost her tax free status with the association, she could be liable to pay as a rough guesstimate, approx, $300,000 or so in back taxes if the association was declared void or dissolved for failing to follow guidelines, etc. and taxes were applied retroactively for the entire time the association has been operating.

Fanny cannot even account for the monies she has received thru Patreon to her Patrons or viewers. Do you really think she has set aside up to $300,000 of the associations tax free funds to cover retroactive tax payments if the association was legally dissolved for her mismanagement of the funds and the tax free benefit repealed?

Fanny thinks if she just hides the accounts, she will be safe. Is this why she is day drinking?

She’d have to pay a lot more than that if she’s made to back date her taxes. Firstly, social charges would be first on any profit made. This is 46%, then taxes on any income over 168k at 45%. She’d be finished.

In the November 2, 2022 Fanny Patreon video ( thanks karma baby!!)
Interesting info from someone who has done minimal work at the Dump this year:

F4F announced that cd subscriptions had hit 210,000 ( Potts advised her against buying so many subscriptions to boost her numbers but she ignored him).

She then announced that the Patreon account for the association had risen from being one of the top 400 Patreon accounts in the world to being one of the top 300 Patreon accounts in the world, with 34,000 euros monthly. AND was now in the top 100 Patreon YouTube vlogger accounts with 210,000 subscribers, which she added, “ was amazing.”

The scary thing is that a lot of NZ homes are not built to cyclone standards- especially the old ones. At my previous address in Coromandel we built to Australian cyclone standards. It is mandatory in parts of Australia now. It will be a frightening night for many.

Great information. Can officers of the association like Isabelle and Ñutty also be paid? or is just the director Fanny entitled to a fixed payment.

Fanny played the poor little me card : She essentially implied that she had to buy the billiard table from,the former marquis because he asked her if she could buy it although sh didn’t play billiards, didn’t need the table, and didn’t have funds to purchase the table.

She also told Patrons that the terrace steps were to be completely redone this spring ( if they show up when they say they will show up she says……. Hmmmmm. Is that going to be her excuse for not having the terrace steps redine? She has not mentioned it lately).

She revealed that Matt’s red van that she purchased “catastrophically failed MOT”
