Now we know she’s gonna take her sweet ass time to get 5 different surveys and find new architects and then there’s the shortage of wood and materials and then AnnMarie proposes to Nutcase and go on a pre-wedding honeymoon and then they get COVID from said honeymoon and then he finally gets to demo and then the demo causes some more structural issues to be found and then we need some more surveys and then the new architect who needs to approve the new surveys falls down and breaks his hip and…

This is an exact description! How many survey did the lake now have over the course of 3 years? the initial 1 survey, with an estimated cost of 10K went up to 5 or was it 6 surveys. the repair cost for the lake was initially 100K than 150K, I believe the lake funds now have 300K. Which now will be used to raise the ceiling in the grand salon, and renovate/redecorate the rooms above. of course as you have stated after lengthy surveys by several hired and fired architect /structural engineers/builders.

oh there was the chapel fund as well, which has been amassing monies for the past 3 years too
and the terrace fund, where initial work started last year, who had a fund too.

So many funds and surveys so little projects to spend it on

As for teeth, you can ask any dentist… having relatively straight teeth helps avoid plaque and gum disease, you get less cavities and by having better chewing, avoid digestion issues as well. This doesn’t mean getting fake veneers or whitening your teeth within an inch of their lives! Pavlina’s front teeth are extremely crooked and even if beauty is not her concern, health should be!

As one who hosted Christmas for family (and hosts friends and family throughout the year), I do not understand Fanny's mindset at all. First and foremost, I get very little sleep- I am the last to bed and the first to awake- I am the hostess, after all, as this is my home. Even with overnight guests, I plan dinner and breakfast. With long term guests, I plan all three meals and snacks. There is no way I would sleep in and just let others faff about trying to figure out what to eat. Programmable coffee pot- greatest invention ever! Brekkie usually consists of things I can make in advance- cinnamon roll dough (ugh, never from a can), crepe batter, quiche, cutting up fresh fruit, pre-cut potatoes, biscuits (I make a ton of them and keep them in my freezer), and then I set bout to making eggs, hashbrowns, sausage gravy, etc. for my guests. Lunch- we usually take our guests out via the powerboat to one of our amazing local waterfront restaurants. I usually put out a massive charcuterie platter around 3-4PM in case someone is feeling peckish. Dinner usually consists of something on the grill- steaks, kebabs or chicken, or pasta, or homemade pizzas fired up in the Ooni, along with a salad, some veg, and homemade bread. And then there is dessert- with everything from Key Lime pie to tiramisu. I always keep the electric kettle on for tea as well, but will always make a cappucino or espresso for anyone who wants one. This year, I spent countless days in preparation for the holiday not only for my guests, but to make additional baked goods for our neighbours and those in nursing homes. (I do this every year- it's a lonely time for so many who are forgotten by their families.) I always try to make sure our family and friends have the best time when visiting us- flying is certainly not inexpensive, and I try to make their time at Casa de T Rex a phenomenal experience. Shame on you, Fanny- you can't even do so when you have paying guests or family coming to stay!

Wow your breakfast sounds really complicated especially the biscuits and gravy. I had to look those up. My guests would get offered toast, croissants or pain au chocolat. Coffee, tea or juice to drink. I would save the quiche and chopped potatoes for lunch. No wonder you get more guests than me.

*I would offer a variety of bread for the toast though and a choice of butter, olive type spread together with a choice of Jam, marmalade, ham or marmite.

Slightly crooked teeth aren't any more risk than straight teeth - you still have to floss and clean them.
Diet is more important for healthy teeth - and regular maintenance.
I think Pavlina's teeth are fine - not a risk to health.
I wonder if the US obsession with orthodontal work is connected to the health insurance scam/national tragedy (that's not to say teeth in other countries are any better looked after - we just aren't as obsessed with straight teeth).

Do you have someone in mind that might 'want' her? Please warn them off immediately! Phyllis is just an immature tit that is along for the free ride as long as possible. She holds the money and she's not letting Phyllis near it, not now, not ever, not going to happen. She's a greedy witch with dollar signs in her eyes. I don't underestimate her at all. She's the clever and scheming one, always has been. Nuff said!

I rarely disagree with you but I think PhiPhi is the mother of Narcist within the dump. SJ is spiralling out of control and PhiPhi is totally feeding into it.

SJ is in my opinion a spoilt brat who never had to grow up, or was encouraged to stand on her own two feet. She never helped out in the nursing home because daddy was providing for her. Or Gerry or Aunt and Uncle. Had her parents demanded that she would work during the weekends she would have been totally different. She is basically a grown up with no skills apart from a few hobbies she have.

I'm thinking this Dubai business might have something to do with the SA Princess. A bit coincidental. I'm also thinking she may consider taking Phyllis a bit of a risk considering his appearance and mannerisms in such a conservative country. She never goes travelling alone and Gerry is just another handbag carrier for her. Personally, I wouldn't consider Dubai to be much of a present for Gerry as a travel destination. What the hell is he going to do there? Ride up and down in the elevator? She's going for the glitz and shopping, maybe connect with the Sultana or whatever she is. She'll fit right in, Gerry will stand out like a sore thumb. She'll return with loads of tit. Phyllis will be jealous. Fanny's the one in the middle, the only blonde. She's going to have a lot of fun in the sun!

Sultana kindly offered to be her host in Dubai after hearing the Christmas present for Gerry. a desert ATV drive, shopping, the mosque in Abu Dhabi, a day on the beach. of course some more gifts from Sultana who will style her wardrobe.

Well it’s funny you should say that. The instructions for the beef wellington I cooked last night to lay on baking paper on a baking sheet which I did. After about 30 minute at gas 7, 220 c or 425 f the baking paper caught fire. Quite frightening at the time.

I've been watching the Beau Chateau channel. I really like it. The guy has long hair and a beard like Phillipa but that's where the similarity ends.
They really seem to get stuck into the work, include the locals and are so sensible about everything compared to the madhouse that is the farmhouse.
If I was going to have a chateau I'd want one like theirs, I think that it is beautiful. Or as Fanny would say - It's my most perfect chateau in the entire world - ha ha.

When flying from Aus to London I always stay 3 days in Dubai (Emerates). A halfway stopover, just long enough to relax and recover from the long flight. She is going somewhere else as well, no doubt about it. And I bet PhiPhi will be there.

Does he really enjoy partaking in these shenanigans or is he just so lonely that he'll put up with this circus? I bet he's missing his kids and family life this year.
