Exactly. It is my belief that anyone who visits or stays at the shittoo is of the same mindset as the scheming new flues Fanny. To accept her behaviour is to condone it and that makes you just as culpable and guilty of deceit as she is. They are all greedy grabbers who have no thoughts except what’s in it for me and deserve to have bad karma raining down on them. But unfortunately life doesn’t work that way as much as it should.

Glad you agree I feel I am a bit of a design snob. I think exactly like you the gold is sooooo bright and the white soooo bright. Brilliant white is not the right white for these properties she should have gone to William Bulmer, Little Greene or Farrow and Ball and grifted some paint and appropriate wallpaper. The thing is she tried to match the wallpaper but failed miserably it is so shiny and cheap looking such a shame because all the effort to strip back and repair plaster work. I nearly fainted when I saw they even gilded the front doors fret work-it is how Donald Trump would do a Chateau. Reminds me of the couple on Chateau DIY who did a Queen Victoria room and then a brash rose for the bathroom. Mrs. Smug to give her her due would have made a much better job. I think people are incapable of knowing their own limitations she is obviously handy and crafty but that is totally different to having style and an eye for decor-it would be like me trying to rewire a house. Unfortunately her Chateau looks very QVC craft show
I don't think we will see much of Ruthywriter, as usual. As much as I hate to admit defeat, I can't figure this girl out. Maybe it's the open nature of her relationship with Potty that keeps her in the dark, but at the same time she has never showed any shyness or embarrassment before when shittoo shenanigans are involved, like luring in Tess Hofmann's then husband and repeating that episode by seducing Potty. She must have the world's lowest self-esteem imaginable, or what?
Definitely fillers in the cheeks too on this last shot. She has the most peculiar eyes they are so cold and dead looking like a shark or a reptile. They say the eyes are the mirror to the soul and hers is clearly cold and emotionless

You're not wrong, the amount of Farrow and ball paint they used they could have gone and bought some ribbon. They should have tied in pomegranates and oranges on the wreath that size. She used real gold. I like what she’s done. If there was endless money of course $17k for the wallpaper. It was not to be. I think when the room is dressed it will come together. But you have to give it to her, she put that room back together piece by piece and it will be relatively easy to just change the colors or paper someday. All the real work has been done. Let’s wait and see.
