I’ve just remembered a flog or two from a few years ago when the old dragon, Fanny Snr was returning from somewhere else, and there was a flurry of activity, in preparation for her return. Fanny appeared to do something so outrageous and totally out of character…she moved off of her lazy ar$e and stuffed about doing a greenhouse glow up and garden tidy up with Dan and Marie (I think) and then the old dragon (no offence to the gorgeous Dracarys et.al) was given the “Grand Tour,” with the Isabelle’s Jardin sign in place. Similar to the current grand tour. It seems that Fanny Snr is the only person who can make Fanny feel or pretend to feel shook.

SJ has most likely had this compulsion to spend money on frivolities for years, but it was managed by her Mom because Mom was dispensing it. I believe this is the first time IJ has had to intervene and attempt damage control on SJ’s spending because finally, what will the neighbors think? Chronic problems.

There are so many other areas of the Dump that urgently need work and Fanny screws up the salon for “decorating” purposes. ' Mummy knows Fanny never finishes anything and the only room decent enough to have a large gathering of people is now destroyed.

Maybe the reason she was trying to post “loved up” photos with Snorts lately is to provide a set up for Snort’s (unplanned by him and most likely a surprise to him) departure so Fanny can act devastated by whatever crap is revealed about Snorts and she will claim that she was so in love and victimized by Snorts. Maybe she has agreed to a “secret “ engagement with Snorts to pacify him and keep him quiet until he can be booted from the Dump.

And the reason why Potts is helping Snorts with the gift shop is because if Potts sets it up, knows how to run it, etc., they can kick Snorts out of the Dump and Snorts can do no harm to the gift shop and cannot control the website, money, etc.

Fanny can get Snorts to do all the work setting up the shop, buying inventory and promoting it, then kick him out, and use all his work to her benefit. Using people and then dumping them is Jarvis 101.

For those with crumbing issues; crumbs on chest or lap after eating, may I suggest the aid of the pet dog. One of mine feels it's his after dinner service duty to clean my 92 year old mum up after eating.......................... there are times when he tries to start the service a little too early on in the meal.

Ok, don’t tell anyone, but for some reason, just watched the last Escape to the Dream: The Final Touch for the Staircase Restoration Ep 35. They have some guy there for a wood wax paid promotion or something. Whilst he was refurbishing an old coat rack, I noticed a white truck in the background. It had the words “Dick Jock” scratched into the side. Wtf? Not exactly sure what it means, not an American term, but I’m sure it’s not good. Why keep that in the background of most of an episode?

That was a project for channel 4, pre Dan. But builder Ian was there and put new lifter things on the windows, and make new shelving. Flower Marie and Mary helped (probably did 95% of non-Ian work)
So really more for Channel 4 not Mummy.

Stephanie did mention several times that the chapel restorer would do it for free and it would be his last job before retirement. Because it came from Steph, who knows if it was true. I don’t believe we have heard the chapel restorer say he would do it for free. @Clara Burnett said something about the restorer not getting reimbursed for some expenses being at the root of their dispute and delays.

I thought the “free chapel restorer” came from the mouth of the biggest liar in France and not him. Sounds like she’s learned from the playbook of “The Orange One.”

I am very intrigued by the move which puts Potts in charge of the online Squirrel Shoppe. To my way of thinking, that puts Potts in charge. And Potts, as we can see from the chemistry in the F1 interview, his quitting his job and reappearing more often at Lalande, is going nowhere. As Larkin et al are seen less and less. If there was extensive scaffolding erected inside the chapel to allow the restorer to inspect the chapel ceiling, it would have been filmed by the little pink camera being erected and the restorer would have been filmed with ominous music in the background climbing up to inspect the ceiling. Clara can clarify this issue.

The chapel restorer did not set up any scaffolding. Ever. Stephanie Jarvis lies. Always.
