Someone in the gift-grab was trying to teach Stephanie Jarvis a valuable lesson by quoting David Viscott: “The purpose of life is to discover your gift. The meaning of life is to give your gift away.”
“That’s one to think about”, Jarvis says, giggling sheepishly, once again revealing her true nature: why on earth would she give anything away? The purpose of her life is collecting gifts, period. Allowing her fans to send her presents is wat gives meaning to their lives, she truly believes this. She’s obviously stark raving mad and everybody in her orbit, including the puppy squirrel she pays to act like her boyfriend (not his most convincing part as an actor), knows this but instead of calling a doctor to get her the help she clearly needs (if only to get a reality check: no, you are not aristocratic) they laugh at her behind her back. Makes one wish the custom of tying someone to a pillory would make a comeback. I know I like to throw a whole lot of things at her.

She is getting more and more annoying. Her arrogance and conceit grows with every flog she truly thinks she is doing the world a favour, she is out of hand entirely, no one gives her any home truths. What a delusional brat.

People often tell me that I think too much. I think that in order to think too much, you have to know something, or if you don't know, read, find out, think. And I do it non-stop. I read, study, think. They tell me I'm a nerd even though I finished school a long time ago.
The same people who tell me that I think too much about everything, have more or less no idea about anything, so I annoy them. I like to know the facts about anything, rather than talking for the sake of talking.
That's exactly why I can't watch a CD because I'm constantly checking and analyzing something.
The vast majority of people watch CDs "mindlessly" because they find it fun.
And that's it.

I often ask myself what happened to humanity’s native curiousity? The majority seem to want to be force-fed a whole lot of nothing as a boredom cure. My favorite hobby has always been learning. Which feeds into my love of reading, the consequences of a family of educators.

It comes down to a simple truth. These are not the attributes of good people. Once you apply critical thinking it's easy to see. We can't stop looking as we can see it and our frustration is others can't.

Critical thinking is an undervalued commodity these days. It doesn’t seem to be taught any longer.

It was in Star Wars. The Skellig is an off shore rocky island, there are limits to the number allowed on boat trips each day. It was closed for a while after a rock fall until it was rectified. I was given a piece of Beleek as a wedding present in 1987. It lived in the attic as I was not a fan. I was in Bushmills that year too. I recall the kerbstones painted red, white and blue as it was a loyalist protestant town. Off for my second booster vaccine shortly.

Most of those viewers couldn't care less about her day-to-day life at Lalande and therefore aren't subscribed to CD. The new channel gives those viewers somewhere to go...and there are a lot of them!

With apologies for being off topic, but wasn't Skellig Michael featured in a Star Wars movie?

I've been to Bushmills Distillery in Bushmills about 30 times since coming to NI, only to discover I much prefer scotch (as in Scotland), as opposed to Irish whiskey. I find Irish whiskey to be too sweet, go figure. As a life long lover of all things ceramic, and as a hobby potter myself, I've never yet been to Belleek. I'd love to do a factory tour one day to see the production of the parian ware, but not so much the end product covered in shamrocks. Not a fan. But I'm fascinated by the design of the various vessels and ornamental decor pieces and technique in producing it all.

Yes Skellig Michael and Malin Head were both used in Star Wars films
