Jason Dubey gives me the energy of this weird American guy who follows and unfollows me on instagram repeatedly (sometimes three times daily) to attract my attention. We crossed paths in the gay scene of Paris and I made the huge error of participating with his small talk. Anyway, he lives in Rome and wants to give me "one-on-one tours" of his "secret spots" in the eternal city and cook for me. I politely overlook these comments with sunshine emojis (very non-committal) but he keeps coming back with equal parts frustration and adoration. Jason is certainly presenting this energy - desperation. That type of personality is deeply dangerous for all involved.
