People loved Selmar when you think of the beginning ..... off he went on his bike with Diesel in the basket and he looked after the animals - feed them and tried to make a shelter for the peachicks.... far more than fan and her Squirrel ever did .
He was a touch ... well, a lot .... strange and mangy but it was "what you see is what you get" with him and that is ok.
He was slow to do things but ..... unlike the Squirrel - he did things that required hard work.
