I have done both and its just as complicated and painful in both scenarios, especially if children are involved. Marriage does not hold a couple together if its not meant to be.You have your opinion and I have mine. Its much harder to walk away from a marriage than a living together relationship.

A lot of women loose weight after a divorce not because they are looking desperately for another one and need to change to catch one but because they feel better, free, relieved and because they got rid of the reason why they gained weight in the first place.I find both these comments incredibly horrible! Why would she stay in France without family and friends and any support? Only reason would be to have the dad near the kids. But since he talks about them the same way like with her I can see her going back rather soon. I believe the house in France was more his dream than hers.
