Good evening, bae baes! It's been a uber-busy week, so it's going to take me a hot minute to catch up with all of your posts. A few quick updates:
@Jules100- thank you for thinking of me- Mr. T Rex awoke to our phones going off with a tornado
warning on Sunday morning (I was fast asleep and didn't hear a thing), and roused me from my slumber to help secure the boat house furniture, and deploy the electrical roll-down hurricane shutters on the lanai. We were fortunate, as the one cell that hit Placida did go over our house, but did not touch down. There were 5 tornados that touched down in the area, and Fort Myers had an EF-2 (which is pretty big for Florida.) There was a lot of destruction in the areas hit. 
It's not something anyone was expecting (we knew a front was coming through, but- tornados in January?!?)- luckily, many people heard the alarms go off and were able to take shelter in time (we don't have basements in Florida due to the high water table, so people shelter in closets and interior bathrooms). The authorities are still trying to assess the level of destruction and loss of lives in those areas hit. We live in a great community where people help one another out, so hopefully people can rebuild sooner than naught. 
@Pekey, I almost took a picture of a box of the Ghiradelli brownie mix from my pantry for you! They make the ABSOLUTE best brownies, bar none! While I am not a fan of box brownies (faced with a box of Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker, I will opt to make my own from scratch), the Ghiradelli ones are
!!! I even prefer them over my own! @Parrfect Porcelane, I hope you enjoy them- let us know what you think after you make them!

It was a case of truth being stranger than fiction regarding the documentary and the film. However, the two Eddies far more more likeable and sympathetic characters than the other pair IMO!
I suspect growing up as she did, she doesn’t really live her life in all the rooms of the shitto, but rather in her specific rooms. So when she’s out and about in the rest of the shitto it’s “public”. When she’s in her rooms it’s home. So the idea that she’s “available” throughout the chateau is an illusion. She’s not running from laundry room to kitchen to salon to dining room. Only when other people are populating the space or making food available. It’s like a hotel. And she prefers to stay in her room.
She just greedily wants other people to populate and maintain the rest of the place so she can come and go.
I have Spode Woodland as one of my sets. I’m not going to let anyone ruin that for me. I sell a ton of Spode in my antiques business. It’s not anything special really. The only thing that makes me sit up and take notice is some Flora Danica by Royal Copenhagen or some priceless French porcelain. You can acquire any and everything on the used market if you know how to find it.My dailies are the plain white Ikea365... slowly building my Spode collection though.
