Lovely long woodland walk, then fresh autumn (fern woodland) bedding on. But still it's too bloody hot.

Same it’s 25 degrees in Liverpool. I went for a walk this morning and it was nice and breezy but by the time the afternoon comes I’m sweating my bits off and I’m sick of itOk but why is it still so warm!? I’m raging tbh.

Yeah I usually have a family party at the end of sep to celebrate a bday and it’s always in the gardenWhat time of the month does it usually cool down? Is it late September? I can't remember, and I'm very impatient for it to become much cooler.
Yeah, Autumn technically doesn’t begin until September 23rd this year so I don’t think it’ll feel cool until we’re into October. What time of the month does it usually cool down? Is it late September? I can't remember, and I'm very impatient for it to become much cooler.
I love this and I may well buy one myself! It is SO HOTbut nonetheless I have forged on with the first roast dinner in months, and I have put this beauty on my front door. I’m really chuffed with it for only £12! John Lewis.

We have one of those, just a cheap one, it's good for foaming up warm milk in just a few seconds. Husband uses it to make his coffees, I'm sure it'd do the job for hot chocolate too. I didn't get him anything fancier than one of these cos he is incapable of not breaking things. He likes the Monin hazelnut syrup in his coffee, that's quite a nice warming flavour.I want to make frothy hot chocolate this Autumn/ Winter, to feel like I’m having a luxurious existence amongst all the doom and gloom, however I can’t really afford a Velvetiser, really. I’ve never frothed a hot drink before, will something like this do the trick or is it a pointless gadget?

I have the velvetiser and it’s literally just one of those frothers inside and it also heats the chocolate flakes at the same time. I would guess that if you bought some hot chocolate flakes (rather than using the powder) and heated it in a pan with milk using the frother, it would taste exactly the same. The hotel chocolat flakes are quite expensive for what they are but you can get good chocolate flakes on Amazon and I think marks and Spencer’s also do themI want to make frothy hot chocolate this Autumn/ Winter, to feel like I’m having a luxurious existence amongst all the doom and gloom, however I can’t really afford a Velvetiser, really.
