The avatar and name painhub, its similar to p o r n hub which is the adult site. Painhub is a site for depressed people.

I do agree that there is an element of glorification to MH issues. For instance the ones who claim OCD because they clean their house. Obviously it needs to be spoke about and supported but I think there is an element that influences people and makes things worse.

Im neurodiverse myself and this has been a mostly really decent post in the way people have discussed things so if anyone was offended by my comments regarding his additional needs it wasnt intentional and I didnt mean it anyway an insult to his intellect so apologies if it came across that way

This is completely wrong as someone who has suffered with mental health issues since I was around 8, in 1999!!! If I’d had the help back then that children now so desperately need, I wouldn’t of had to spend thousands of pounds in my 20s going to private therapy to come to terms with my mental health issues since I was a child. Have you personally experienced mental health issues apart from ADHD???

If they've been refused permission today, what difference is it going to make when they ask again tomorrow?
If anything this case has shown how bloody ridiculous the court system is in this country - that or none of them want to touch her with a barge pole and are just passing her off to the next poor unsuspecting judge!

The adult site is quite well known, and the meme seems to be quite popular so he may have seen it somewhere and thought it was just a graphic about being depressed, but seeing a pun on an adult site on a pre-teen's account makes me pretty uncomfortable.

It’s such a circus I imagine no judge wants to be the one to say that is it, she will crucify them on social media. Everyone knows the judges/ consultants names now I can see her and the AA encouraging harassment or worse . Somehow she seems so much worse than the parents in the other cases. It’s all about her not that poor little boy who deserved so much and seemed to Get so little. Maybe in future cases the judges names should be withheld.

So are they allowed to ask the Supreme Court tomorrow even though today they aren’t allowed to appeal? But they can tomorrow? And last week they couldn't appeal to them? This gets more confusing by the hour.

This was also a problem when I was a teenager 20 years ago. Livejournal was massive and tumblr was just taking off - it was trendy to hurt yourself or pretend you had an eating disorder or OCD (until you weren't pretending any more). Teenagers just want to fit in and for some people that means exaggerating illnesses or creating false stories to get the attention from others. It's nothing new and sadly it's not ever going to go away.

Also CAMHS are historically tit and have been long before I was mentally unwell, their advice literally does often boil down to "Have a bath" or "Have a cup of tea and call back later" which isn't great when all you can think of is harming yourself.

Why isn’t anyone stepping in?
Surely putting video and pictures of a dead body online is a crime? Or at least frowned upon?
It’s like when Ashley Cains daughter was actively dying and they were holding her jumping up and down screaming in her face obee doo!!!
I wish to god they’d let her just lie down and rest.
Every second of her life was a camera in her face. It’s sick.
