Horrible that the first thought open hearing the Dad might be having is heart attack is "aye, Christ, that's convenient".
Wishing the poor bloke a full and speedy recovery. He seems to have managed stress that I don't want to imagine with dignified silence. Would be nice to think it might cause HD to think about her actions and their consequences, but given the posts she has apparently made that seems unlikely.

I seem to remember in the Alfie Evans case, Lord Justice Cookson getting very tetchy with the Christian Law bod andactually saying ‘as my children would say, whatever’ at one of the more nonsensical arguments.

The new ‘evidence’ is only relevant if the permission to appeal is successful. So it will not change todays outcome (whatever that is). But I’m guessing it might give them another chance to request permission to appeal if (that’s possible)
I think it sounds like it.
So they made an application to have this hearing adjourned because of the dad

How can she blame the trolls for him having a heart attack? Clearly the amount of stress and pressure he is under due to the ongoing court battles and situation with his Son is the reason for his stress not because of online trolls.

I thought she said Archie’s dad was admitted due to stress. Had a previous heart attack last year. No mention of a heart attack now.

They basically want her evidence to be considered by a specialist. Already mentioned it will be presented to the high court should it be needed to so this won’t be the end of it.
Judges are currently considering an adjournement on the basis of the Dad’s sudden ill health this morning…..
Not sure why she’s blaming trolls for the heart attack when they’ve just said he had one last year so has a history of it.
