I've just discovered this woman's channel. The first video I watched was a makeup declutter. No Maybelline or Rimmel in her collection then? 😂😂😂Watched a few more videos and thought nah, she's way too unrelatable for me. She seems like a nice lady but who the hell can afford her lifestyle in this day and age? Not many I tell you! Even massive beauty gurus with a million + subscribers recognise that not everyone can afford high end and review drug store make up too. Had this problem with Fleur de Force too. Seems nice but what? Like a zillion quid for a make up bag or an weird cushion with a wasp on it. Nooooo! 😂

I was just gonna say this! In Fleur de Force's case it wouldn't matter if it were gifted. She not only comes from money but married money too. I don't go on Guru Gossip any more, but if you have a good nose through Fleur's threads you will inevitavly stumble upon arial shots of the estate she now lives in. You'll also find a listing of the original house she and Mike bought together when they first married. It too comes with pictures and was gorgeous.

Anna doesn't talk much about her upbringing or her parents, but it wouldn't surprise me if she too came from money. Not Fleur or Amelia Liana kind of money, but more than enough to lead a comfortable life. I remember she did a video with Lily where she mentioned her nanny/nannie had something growing up. A lot of British people use that word for Grandma. So I wasn't sure which she was referring to.

I watched her latest year of empties video and she had a duck ton of expensive products in there. Of course 95% were #kindlygifted and she said she wouldn't be repurchasing most of them. That's most influencers though. When it's their own money they aren't so in love. Mark also comes across as being really practical and dare I say controlling with money. Of course, it's his money too so he should get a say. But I'm not his biggest fan. He's a bit too cold for me. They don't match in my opinion. She's really attracted to people with flat or no personality. See friendship with Lily Pebbles for confirmation. She seems like she'd be a good match with someone like Lily's husband Rich.

Her recent jewellery thing for missoma is very similar to Emma Hill. All The jewellery is a dirty yellow gold too which makes it look super cheap and tacky. Not appealing or flattering, especially if you have pale skin (which most of these influencers flogging it have). Imo, Jewellery that colour only suits people with olive tones and above.

A lot of UK influencers work with Missoma, seen that "twisted" collection being advertised quite a few times! The amount they charge for gold plated brass is ridiculous, ditto the fake leather jewellery box in the picture is over £100. Would be nice to see more objective reviews about quality/price, but funny enough it's always missed out!

Who in their right mind would pay for Missoma jewellery, knowing how much they give away to influencers and are paying to influencers to flog their wears?

I know those of us on Tattle have had our eyes opened to this sort of thing and we’re a tiny minority but I do find it baffling companies like Missoma make sales.

Looking back through her most recent posts and nearly every single one is an ad or has loads of gifted items. 3 out of her last 5 posts were ads! It’s so off-putting to me.

I really used to like Anna but lately I’ve gone right off her. Her content is so boring and same-y. It’s all gifted clothes and make up, even though she wears the same things all the time. I don’t understand how her stories or posts are supposed to be compelling to look at.

Does anyone else think it’s harder and harder to tell these “influencers” apart now? They all get gifted the same things, advertise the same things, wear the same things.

Missoma is so overpriced it’s just plated sterling silver right? You can get nice pieces much cheaper.

A bit off topic but does anyone know where I could get proper gold pieces (not plated) for a reasonable price?
