I have found Quechua really good, from decathlon. and, as they are wide necked (without lid) you can add the reusable ice things. 0.5 0.8 and 1 ltrDon't really know where to ask this question anyone have recommendations for a good water bottle that'll keep drinks cold?
Google “ers reassurance seeking”. It will tell you why it’s ultimately making the situation worse and methods to try to stop/change that behaviour pattern.I’m upset because I got really anxious again this evening and asked my bf for constant reassurance whilst he was watching football. Yes it’s annoying, granted; and he said I ask the same questions over and over again and it doesn’t help. Which is fair.
But he also said that I “spoke through the whole first half” which hurt because I thought we were just chatting. I said I felt like an inconvenience and said I wasn’t, I should just have “more self awareness when someone wants to watch something”.
Because he’s usually so lovely, this really hurt.I am just sat in the bedroom upset whilst he watches football.
I appreciate they aren't everyone's style but have you looked at Dr Martens? They do flat Mary Jane's and the soles are really supportive for standing in . They aren't too flat .Can anyone recommend some nice smart mary jane ish shoes that are flat but comfy but stylish? My current flat work shoes are dying but I've grown to dislike them so don't want a new pair, and all other flat shoes I've got have zero support on my feet and give me shin pain
You're very welcome. I do this A Lot because dangerous parking on pavements, etc. enrages me.This is the info I want![]()
I would just say "we've been to yours a lot recently, would be nice if you visited us". If they have good reasons like suggested above then I'm sure they will tell you! How’d you deal with people not ever wanting to come to your house and you feel like you’re always going there?![]()
We waited it out because I was a bit pissed off with it (we have a 9month old and 2/nearly 3 year old so it’s not the fastest or hassle free to get out of the house) but it had been over a month since we last saw my parents, who live only a 25min drive away, before they bothered to just come here and my dad was too tired to even come apparently so it was just my mum. And before that I don’t think they’d even been to visit since early September (again just my mum). Could probably count on one hand the amount of times they’ve been to our house in the last year.
Do I just need to start inviting them here more or coming up with reasons why we can’t leave the house?I’m sure they’d still suggest going there though

Yeah I didMight be worth mentioning it to very.
Thanks! The most annoying thing is my cats trying to get them and making a mess it's a big money tree so can't even put it somewhere they can't get to itThis works well for mine, although nothing is permanent. Worth remembering for sanity that they are annoying rather than harmful. But they are bloody annoying.

Lebara for sure. They use the Vodafone network so hopefully that’s a good signal for where you areI am after a sim only contract, but only 30 day minimum term, as I need to update my phone at some point too.
There is a long story as to why I cant do both now. Anyway, which company would people recommend?
I'd think you can wear whatever you want to a gym but am not sure if skinny jeans would give much comfort after a while, I love my skinny jeans but I don't think I could wear them on a few things at the gym just because of how restrictive they would start to be an after a while my legs would probably start to get soreIf I decided to go to the gym spur of the moment, do you think it would be OK to go wearing skinny jeans and trainers?
I bought 1.5 tog in Dunelm if you have one locallySummer duvets - I have a coverless 9 tog duvet which is too hot in this weather. But I can't sleep without a duvet
What brands should I look at? Amazon suggests they go down as low as 1.5 tog and they start at £21
We have had neutered female and a unneutered male who is now neutered and they have all killed my parents grass my dad just waters the grass where they go to stop it dying. My grass seems fine with the un/neutered male going on it thoughI think it depends on the sex of the 'dog' as to if it damages the grass or not.
Aw yeah thank you! I do normally cook healthy fakeaway and Funnily enough, I’ve got frozen stir fry veg in the freezer. But I’ve just got back from a trip away and have no energy to go to the shop to get stuff inMaybe something to consider for the future, but the supermarket noodle + veg + sauce stir fry kits for £3 really are quite great, especially if you add your favourite protein (I love to add frozen prawns). It takes 5 minutes and is almost impossible to mess up.
It's these little healthy swaps that still satisfy your cravings that are the key - and each time chips away at that 'I feel crap in my body' feeling!
Does anyone know of anything good to get rid of ants from the house?already sealed up lots of holes but they're still coming. Can't use anything toxic as i have pets. Honestly i feel so itchy and disgusting

Nope@Monkeymagic85 did you get your property back from Very?
This works well for mine, although nothing is permanent. Worth remembering for sanity that they are annoying rather than harmful. But they are bloody annoying.Has anyone successfully got rid of fungus gnats from a plant and has any recommendations for what works best? Already planning to repot my plant as it needs it anyway but looking for something in addition to that (and to my cats who keep digging for them ffs)
