What do people buy their kids teachers at the end of term? I’m stuck for ideas and don’t want to buy tat that isn’t wanted!
Travel mugs! Could see through the window to the staff room, and I was always pleased to see them on the draining board actually being used!

How do you clean the glass doors of an oven? I've tried hot fairy liquid and water a few times but it's still stained brown. Also tried this astonish orange soap thing. I've bought a box of oven pride which I will use for the inside and trays but it says not to use on glass.
This
guaranteed 100% in very short time, a little goes a long way, no scourers or elbow grease required

My nearly 7 year old has been invited for birthday outing for a friend's birthday. Her friend's family have offered to drive the guests in their cars. I'm a bit unsure . I don't think their family use car seats anymore.
Check with them and if they don’t then ask them to use yours for the trip

Does anyone know if it’s at all possible to self study for A-levels at home for free when you’re 16 , rather than go to college ?
Context … my niece is absolutely hating college , to the point wheee her mental health has massively worsened . She had a panic attack on the journey there this week , and had to go home and hasn’t been able to go since .
She has an awful lot going on on her personal life , and genuinely doesn’t think she can physically / mentally handle going into college , but would still like to study A-level at home
We’ve googled and there our places that offer an online learning experience for A-levels , but they cost £££££….. is there anyway do student home for free , for 16-18 year olds ?
Any advice would be much appreciated xx
You’d have to apply for an EHCP and possibly get funding through that but a semh college would be more likely what you’d get. One of my kids went to one and it was an absolute godsend. If you had an EHCP you can get transport often which means that going in is made easy as your taxi picks you up and brings you back again after

excess income from his income
Ok, so as long as you have no income (not sure on student loan rules these days - they were previously counted as income over summer for first and second years) and his is the only excess then the arrears are his problem.

I'm sure the artist will go through it all with me, but please can someone talk me through the perfect tattoo aftercare routine please? Getting my first one on Monday and it'll be easier if I can buy anything I need over the weekend. Thank you!

Hi all after some advice my next door neighbours mum keeps parking right outside my house (on my land) if there are no spaces opposite (plenty round the other side which are still very close) I get on well with my neighbours and don’t want it to be awkward, but this has happened twice this week so is becoming more frequent, her mum is round a lot (she’s just had a baby) which is fair enough and her mum did ask me the once not so long ago if she could park outside my house so I said yes but now feels like she’s taking the piss and has assumed she can now park there whenever 🙄 unsure how to approach this I did consider either leaving my car parked where she does (even though I have a driveway) or leaving a rubbish bin there?! has anyone been through this before and how did you deal with it?
Not sure there's anything you can do about it if they are on the road, usually only the pavement can be classed as your land or not, like our house deeds include the pavement outside our house but not the road so as much as my neighbours do it constantly there's nothing I can do about it, an unless they are causing real problems (blocking your drive) then I doubt there's anything you can do

Hi loves 🫶🏼 I can’t think of a better place to ask this question as I don’t have many friends. I guess I’m looking for people to tell me it’s okay (when it’s probably not.
Here’s my dilemma. I was with my (now ex) boyfriend for almost 5 years. Things had been rocky for about 6 months and I knew I had to end it but we had a holiday together so I thought I’d stick it out until then, who knows, it could be a phase. Anyways, I went away on a girls holiday and ended up sleeping with a guy. I then came off the trip and ended it with my partner less than 3 days later… if someone were to ask me “have you ever cheated?” What would you say? Technically I mean I did but, there were circumstances… I ended for other reasons very quickly after and was going to anyways. The night with this guy was absolutely not planned nor did I think in a million years I’d do it. Idk i guess I’m looking for some help with now dating life… thank you 🫶🏼
I’d want to know if I was dating somebody. But it’s not something you need to disclose on the first date or even the second.
I feel honesty is the best policy

I'm hoping anyone who is great at shopping can help me.
I LOVE this tote bag from Primark- here. The handles are perfect and so is the size inside! But I feel it's too casual for work. So I'm looking for a professional looking bag basically with the long handles, similar to the primark one. Most handbags feel too claustiphobic under my arm pit haha

And I'm also looking for gold rope twist chain necklace that is 22inch and more but doesn't get thicker/bigger as the length goes on! Similar to the one I linked! x

For the chain, would you consider an extender so you can choose the length? I’ve not ordered from here but considering it, the extenders look handy https://www.bohomoon.com/products/beverley-rope-chain-necklace

Did you want canvas for the bag?
If not https://assots.co.uk/products/abingdon-black-real-leather-lined-designer-tote-bag-for-women? This seems to have quite long handles or there’s one on H&M for £19.99.

I'm really frustrated and I'm hoping someone can help. Signed up for UC when my son was little as we needed it. Got a full time job 1 year ago and attended the meeting to prove I no longer needed UC. One month later they messaged saying I needed to complete a form so I did. Month after that they called and I contacted HMRC who agreed yes, no longer entitled, not to worry Coffee it's all sorted.
Every single month since they have called, texted and emailed to demand something from me. This month they said if I don't reply by X date they'll close my claim (which I have been asking them to do for a year). So I was like "fine I just won't reply". Well they're now calling, texting etc 2-3 times a day to "remind" me and I don't know what else to do. I just want to be left alone, I've done everything I was meant to!!!
Go into your online account scroll to the bottom and you can close the claim yourself. Hopefully then they’ll leave you alone x

I might get a booster cushion and send that. They do have rather small cars. I honestly thinking just don't trust other people. I'm sure it will be fine , the family are more than capable of driving.
It’s against the law bit to use a seat until 135cm or 12yrs. I don’t think it’s unreasonable. If they won't accept it, I’d drive them myself.

Thank you, I’ve put them in my spam box, one managed to slip through, I feel I’m wasting police time reporting them, I’ve not replied to any just screenshot & save. I’m constantly on edge in case he approaches me, I feel paranoid people are watching me & reporting back what I’m doing, I’ve stopped going out with friends in case I bump into him. Just go to work & come home. Even the threat of arrest doesn’t seem to bother him for breach of bail conditions.
Keep reporting.

Police were useless with mine, didn’t tell me they dropped the case and passed all my details onto a survey to let them tell me.

Any experiences of the minipill? I'm a pack and a half in and I've been bleeding for 3 weeks. Part of which was an actual period, rather than side effect bleeding . I'm sure another period is on it's way as I'm in a foul mood.

Should I preserve in case it miraculously improves or just Jack it in now? Apart from the contraceptive aspect , I think I preferred it before I took it .
I bled for three months straight, felt suicidal became anaemic and gave up. It just doesn’t suit some people.
