Thanks, will I need to make a account for it, am gonna be testing it before Sunday so we know what's going work
you need to make an account yes: it’s a very similar format and set up to youtube so you create a “channel” essentially and give your friend the details so she can join you to watch! definitely test it first though (it’s been a little while for me so hopefully nothing’s changed and it works for you!)

iplayer will stream it live on the watch now. You could open it on your laptop and share your screen by giving them remote access

Thanks I'll test this out, I think the main problem is with her wanting to watch it at the same time as its airing here in the UK, somtimes with iplayer they put things up after it's aired, if she uses a vpn she should be able to access iplayer herself anyway but if doctor who doesn't go on iplayer till much later then I need another way

It's also a test to see if somthing like this is going to be workable in future, so if something is only airing in America then she can do this for me an let me watch whatever

They do Often wait a while before putting it up to re-watch but almost everything is available as a ‘watch now’ live option literally as it’s airing on the TV channel.

Hopefully this will be a live now thing with it being the last episode of this actor an she can watch along, not sure why America isn't airing it at the same time when they done so with the rest

CAN I PICK YOUR BRAINS ON DIFFICULT LETTER AFTER DEATH OF BROTHER
My sister-in-law has upset every single member of the family. She has absolutely no sensitivity and is a grifter. We have only ever been able to speak to my lovely elderly brother through her. Get the picture! i'm sure every family has one. Think Megan M. and double that.
How to word an e-mail insisting that only blood relatives are involved at this stage and we do not want her involved in our business until further down the line. I want to do it nicely as my deceased brother was such a kind and peaceful person and would hate any animosity. Any ideas?

Was she his wife Barmcake? If she was then I don't think you can stop her from being involved (if this is about his funeral etc) , but I'm sure she can if she wanted to stop you all from being involved. So tread lightly if that is the case (I'm sure others will know more than I do) Horrible situation for you all.

Hi Purrrrrrr and thank you so much for the reply. She is his wife. I've solved the problem. My sister is going to visit them with some momentos and will hopefully be able to get my elder brother on his own. There's not going to be a funeral so there's no need for her to come down.

On the day I arrived at my deceased brother's bungalow the next door neighbour arrived with his daughter, dressed as a fairy + dog to 'cheer me up'. He started knocking every day and I did write a thanks but no thanks note. I find it quite funny but at the same time 'can you believe it'.

To echo @Purrrrrrr if she is his wife, then she has more authority than you do as sibling.

Under intestacy laws she is next of kin and you are behind her, then any kids he has, then his parents and then it comes to you.

I understand there may be tension there but she has lost her husband?? Cut her a bit of slack regardless of how much you may dislike her.

I think you need to back up and let her get on with things. Because as Purrrrrrr says she could easily completely cut you out.

ETA reading the other reply I think she is the wife of another brother who is still alive? In which case I would just politely tell her thanks but no thanks.

Sorry HoGi, I made a mistake. She's the wife of my elder brother. The brother that is deceased was a life-long bachelor. Thank you so much for getting back to me.

Ahhh I totally misunderstood. I thought the wife was the wife of your other brother.
Glad it's sorted. 🧡

People do many odd things maybe thinking that would cheer them up in the same situation. but at least they are not avoiding you, many will do that as they don't know what to do or say.

Yeh I twigged after your reply to Purr.

I would see how your sister gets on. But I think a polite message along the lines of I know you're trying to help but there are too many people getting involved so it gets confusing (too many cooks spoil the broth etc) so thanks but at this point don't need any help but will let you know if that changes.

I would have read it the same. Just had an Antique Dealer at the door. I just don't know how they find out about these things. I have so much to do that my mind is taken off things. There's a Mike Lee film called 'Secrets and Lies' - could be my family.

Got myself a little 2nd job to help with the cost of living, 20hrs two weekends a month .
Now I am not good at maths but I think I am getting taxed more than the usual 20%,can someone look into my wage slip and help me please
T.I.A
So your gross pay was £252 - 20% of £252 should only be around £50 should it not? I think you're right you've overpaid tax but I'm no mathematical genius either to be honest so I might be wrong :ROFLMAO:

Your tax code is down as BR. Which is usually used when your employer doesn’t know what tax code to put you on. 1257l is the most common tax code but as you have 2 jobs I’m not sure. Probably worth ringing hmrc

You usually get taxed more if you have a second job unfortunately
