And we were all paying good money for this quality "one to one" coaching 🤣🤣🤣😏 how are people still bumming this guy?!
God only knows?? Seen through his bullshit immediately, but as we all know it was too late, locked into a years contract, he must be laughing at everyone!

For those that have gone across from rh to preece did your calories remain similar if you kept the same level of activity. I love my food and don’t really want to take a hit in calories lol. Ta

Peter Preece was the Team RH nutritionist (he's actually qualified in it unlike some on that page) he left when all the bullying started and now has his own group.

I'm in his group and I've spoken to him about my own journey and struggles and he is the most genuine, down to earth person I've met (well online).

He wants people to succeed but appreciates that life can be hard and there's more to it that doing a million steps a day and becoming totally obsessed.

Thank you, that’s good to know. I’ll look him up on FB. I did sign up to the Food for Fitness Inner Circle (Scott Baptie) trial week for a £1 and although I like most of the recipes I’ve tried I can’t justify the £25 per month for what he’s offering.

Thank you for adding this information. The world of ’fitness trainers and eating plans’ is hideously unregulated so to find someone who has a degree and relevant qualifications is great.

I find it hard to work out what is correct inform and what is attention seeking shock value ‘advice’. This is where I think so much damage is done.

Personally I’m confused by...carbs v protein, cardio v weights, calorie tracking v intuitive eating, 100% on plan v cheat days, water v other liquids...then Chuck in protein powder, hit work outs, calories, sugar in fruit, caffeine, weight or measurements, workouts each day, rest days, legs days, laziness, motivation, quick impact, long term sustainability.

Basically it’s like everybody shouting different information and trying to find my truth!
I totally agree, I feel like my head is always spinning with conflicting information! I’m not an expert by any means but from being in the Preece group and doing some reading I believe protein is the most important - intake should be adequate to stop muscle loss (which often happens when people eat in a calorie deficit). I don’t think carbs and fat matter as much and you can be flexible with those depending on your own preferences. I think calorie tracking is sadly necessary until a person reaches their goal weight, then they can hopefully maintain by using mindful eating principles (I’m holding onto hope of that for myself if I ever get to my goal weight! 🤣). I think treat meals are preferable to treat days although every day is a treat day for me at the moment as I’m a total stress eater. I don’t think sugar in fruit matters as long as you are within your calories and your fibre is at least 30g. I’m less sure of all the fitness stuff, I’m trying to sort my diet first and increase my steps each day then when I feel confident with that I’ll hopefully get back into working out!

So sorry to hear this. The calories they set clients are ridiculous. Depending on a persons height, weight, gender, activity levels 1400 calories may be required for weight loss. It is not dangerous. So many people shout about being in ‘starvation mode’ when this isn’t something we need to worry about. I believe that they clients huge calorie allowances to draw them in ‘no starving on our plan, fill your boots’. To lose weight it is all calorie deficit. You could do it without working out (wouldn’t recommend it though, exercise has many benefits and shouldn’t he used just for weight loss). I’m a qualified nutritionist and weight management consultant and bouncing around 24/7 in your living room whilst deep throating a banana is not required for weight loss. Just know you gave it your all and did everything they asked x
This made me lol! Thank you. I’m still working out and I’m still active but I’m doing it alone. I’ve dropped my calories and eating a diet more in line with those for reducing diabetes. I was forcing myself to eat my calories and hit my protein and fibre goals daily. I feel better already just for eating less.

This thread has opened my eyes a lot. I joined team rh 3weeks ago and have lost 6lb so far, and tbf its not the plan im finding fault with. The plan itself of counting calories, protein and fibre goals and walking lots make sense.

Its tje attitude surrounding it i dont like. This week richie put a post up lambasting people for sayinf eating healthy is expensive. Cue people agreeing and telling us how cheap aldi is, how much lentils cost and its all laziness. I posted around how for some people eating healthy is impossible- food deserts, food and fuel poverty,,etc. I posted how the cost of porridge is beside the point - im lucky i can either walk or fund transport to a cheap shop, am lucky i have the fuel with which to cook, am lucky that if i screw up a meal its only for me and ive not got crying toddlers amd no food in the cupboard. I pointed out that most of us are ok cooking dahl for hours as aside from having the momey to do, we can look forward to netflix and a warrm home, our comfort can come from things other than food. I signposted george orwells the rd to wigan pier and why if youre poor youre more likely to eat junk. Got not 1 like but people sharing how chesp lentils are got a personal reply off rh.

In the members fb group theres a member with a poorly toddler who is knavkered after a 12hr shift and who is desperate to fall asleep bit instead she 'stops being lazy' and stands next to the sleeping childs cot doing her steps. Lots of replies saying how wonderful and dedicated that is snd how easy it would be to give into the laziness. I posted advising it isnt laziness just exhaustion and sleeping is important but no reply.

'Making up steps' whixh makes it sound like ot cant be fun. Ive been in to doing sat down workouts in between work calls and my focus isn't on work but on weight loss which is bad.

Someone posted about doing their ankle in and wanting to get steps in - i was the only person who advised rest and to not try and workout. Others were saying not to drop your steps.

Apparently white bread, wraps, mayo etc ate shite! And if youre having wine and choc of an evening thats 20pc shite you cant have mayo on your chicken wrap. Ffs.

The whole calories in va calories out yet if youre not loosing its cos youre not hitting your protein or fibre.

Im all for going for walks which i actually really enjoy, and even a lunchtime sat dowm workout is fun, but stepping up and down mindlessly or getting up at 6am to do walkie talkies? Nope.

I hate how its always laziness, no it isnt. I actually posted this in the group and got shouted at 😂 by other menbers as i said its easy to tell someone to work harder and do cyz when the person saying this has few commitments themselves.

I posted how scanning every single thing cor lunch was taking too lomg (usually whack veg in a pan, atir thru grains, whack in halloumi, seperate inyo 2 bowls then halve ingredients. So if 88g halloumi in pit i halve it and 44g per portion). Been told thsts wrong and i need to spend 10mins creating a convoluted recipe on wfp. When in reality the food is getting eaten accross 2days so does it matter if its 50g on both days or 60g and 40g? Apparently, yes it does

Richie doesnt seem to listen to membets who dont sgree with him either. Ive not looked st the fb groups so much as it was getting to me tbh

Ive paid f the year so im gonnakeep going and see how ido asi have already lost , but no counting medications or obsessing over fb
Welcome to the Team rh cult!! His disciples will shoot you down if you dare to diagree with their Master!!

This sort of thing really annoys me - yes, you can get some healthy food cheap in this country but, like you say, not everyone has access to it, both for distance/transport reasons and situational reasons - I've lived in some horrendous rented properties, places without kitchens, places without fridges and freezers, even one dump without running water - I lived on crisps and the occasional piece of Dixie Chicken because, as much as I love a nice lentil curry with rice and a side of vegetables, it wasn't possible to make them or afford them.

I left TRH even more obsessed over food than before I started it - I'm semi calorie counting at the moment alongside the tattle weight loss thread but trying to get myself out of the binge-restrict-binge cycle so I'm taking breaks along the way to try and not get obsessive over it or get into the "I had an extra hundred calories, I'm such a failure, might as well eat a whole pack of digestives" mindset.

Something I am wondering though - I wonder what Richie is like as a boss, can you imagine getting your 6 month review from him?
I now need to find the tattle weight loss thread!

I have an awful gut feeling that there was a bit of truth in what was said in that video from his ex affiliate.

About rachael saying she doesn't feel able to challenge Richie and stand up if she doesn't agree with something. I dont think this is only about the business....I have an awful feeling she is like this offline too and he is controlling her
She seems relatively normal/nice online, so I think you’re probably right, else surely she’d be standing up to him and pointing out how inappropriate he is

Everyone should read Anti-Diet by Christy Harrison. It’s made me feel so much better about enjoying food. I’ve also discovered that thin inactive people are more likely to have health problems than overweight / obese active people. So it’s less about diet and fat and more about moving your body in ways you enjoy.

Yes they triggered off my disordered eating too. I thought I would get a tailored mutation plan to support my fitness, but I just got a diet plan, got addicted to losing pounds again and am having to relearn how to love myself as I am and try not to binge after being starved for months. 95% of diets don’t work for this very reason and I am exhausted from the ordeal of it all. That’s why Richie and Rachael spend their whole life dieting and bulking, as they don’t know how to live a normal balanced life anymore and push their disordered eating into others for profit.
You’ve got it in one!!!! ❤ Hope you’re doing ok better now xx

We have affiliates in our company (technology) so we give the affiliate a % of whatever revenue the new sign up brings in, so I guess they must get a kickback for signing up new sheep.

You’re probably onto something there. My youngest is 3 and I still can’t smash my diet and fitness goals 🤣
Oh I have, repeatedly, but only because I’ve developed disordered eating and an over exercise habit. Also known as “being healthy”

Ashbourne management are a cowboy company who got prosecuted in 2011 for sending fake debt collection letters to people for not paying contracts. Google it,it's all there in black and white. Their company is bullshit. Looks like they are still pulling the same bullshit. I'm going to make a complaint to the financial conduct authority and ofcom. You have every right to cancel if you're not getting what you paid for. Funny how more and more of us are popping up with the same story to tell. They need stopping. They're dreadful!
Surely can't be true? How can the lovely smiley Rachael be involved in this? I though that Richie wants the best for people and cares? (sarcasm by the way lol x)

It looks like he’s asked his members to write positive reviews on trustpilot as since that negative one there is a lot of positive 5* ones from people that is their first time reviewing!
I’ve noticed that in the past, lots and lots where it’s their first review...

He has an obsession with willys for some reason 😐😐??

Before I signed up I did think twice because he’s a thick twat. Saying that he’s stumbled across a way of getting people to pay for hot air and abuse them while they do it.

He should have someone checking the SPAG on his posts as he’s too brainless to manage that himself. All the Betty stuff signals the misogyny and the puerile posts are a guide his mental age.
Your are 100% spot on!!!!
