Team RH gave me their email when I wanted to cancel.
I'm getting all sorts of tit on Instagram for calling them out. I have no morals apparantly. Because I wanted to get into shape after having a baby I'm not enjoying him being a baby and I jumped in too soon.
That’s shocking
It’s like a cult
If they don’t stop hounding me I will have to publicly call them out on their social media
Which I didn’t really want to be bothered doing but needs must

Wow can’t believe what I’ve read, very sorry for those who are being hounded like this, it isn’t ethical. I would contact citizens advice and trading standards if you haven’t already, have a copy of the ‘contract’ to hand. Hope you all get it sorted ❤

Yea I actually made up a medical excuse 🙈 not very ethical I’m afraid and that got them off my case.
It comes to something when you have to do that because they won't listen to you. It's sheer bullying. If they can't even provide a legal contract then how do they expect to challenge you legally 🤔 absolutely disgraceful they've gone down this road. There was no need of it.

They are wanting a letter from my doctor!
That cost's £25 doesn't it? Who's gonna be able to get to a Doctor in the current climate?? Unbelievable! And I'm pretty sure that is when you attend at gym, you're not attending anything in Team RH so they are not losing out. Ashbourne normally do collection's for physical gyms.

Feel like replying and asking them to pay the £25
If team rh would just tell them to cancel ...it’s not difficult

I just can't get over their whole set up. They do need taking down. Either way it's costing you money to cancel you can't win 😡 if you've deleted their app and are not consuming their content then surely they can't pursue it! They rely on MFP so it's not even totally their app or property. Wankers.

Have skim read this as Im on my way out but will come back and read properly later.
I got suckered in to this bull tit in January, genuinely thought it would help me gain some sort of fitness.
Paid my money, downloaded the app, tried and tried and tried to get in the facebook group to access the support over the course of 3 months and they NEVER accepted me. I put in all the details they wanted, answered the questions but nothing. And because of the crappy 'you have to pay for a year' I am still paying £6.99 for a crappy app that relies on MFP.
Has anybody had any luck in cancelling the direct debit and not being penalised. If not, is it a simple case of I can cancel next January and hear nothing more from them?

I can’t believe he’s demanding doctor’s letters now, he’s becoming like a pumped up, macro counting, Geordie Hitler! The service he provides isn’t that great so people should be allowed to cancel!

Ashbourne management are a cowboy company who got prosecuted in 2011 for sending fake debt collection letters to people for not paying contracts. Google it,it's all there in black and white. Their company is bull. Looks like they are still pulling the same bull. I'm going to make a complaint to the financial conduct authority and ofcom. You have every right to cancel if you're not getting what you paid for. Funny how more and more of us are popping up with the same story to tell. They need stopping. They're dreadful!

I deleted the app in March. All I literally recieved for my money was the app which froze so often and didn't work properly.
Will look in to it and see who they can be reported to.

Surely can't be true? How can the lovely smiley Rachael be involved in this? I though that Richie wants the best for people and cares? (sarcasm by the way lol x)

Exactly the same story.
Signed up in Feb. Shocking App. Shocking quality of videos. Facebook Lives lasting ages to get a simple message across.
Cancelled DD after a horrendous time trying to access the app.
Now Ashbourne is asking for £28 to cover the payment and their fee. When it bounces again next month, will they demand another £28?

Thankfully on James Smith Academy now and learning (and losing large) so much more. On his live video yesterday somebody asked if he gets on with Team RH. He said no. They have blocked him from all platforms without any explanation despite no interaction.

Anyone with any advice around Ashbourne not affacting my credit score? Took years to improve and now rosea nosed twit is ballsing it up for me. 😡

I’m sure James Smith got involved and offered his legal team to help one of the ex affiliates from RH as they were hounding her. RH seems to think he invented calorie deficit and won’t let anyone mention James Smith or anyone similar. I don’t have any advice about Ashbourne sorry, but I’m engraged on behalf of you all. Ideally someone like James Smith or Rebelfit would publically call RH out for what he’s doing, as he wouldn’t like that tarnishing his image.

In fairness to them, I completely disagree with their approach, however my cancelling experience was actually pretty positive (the only thing that was!). I think I must have signed up just before they introduced these contracts. I asked to cancel, they said yes, and then advised I actually had 2 DD set up, so refunded me a full 10 months of fees where I’d paid double.
Sorry to hear so many people have been having such a hard time escaping
