It’s seriously draining the constant messages from them and Ashbourne
Team rh are like they can’t do anything about the direct debit as its collected from Ashbourne
But surely Ashbourne is under there instruction
So then I keep getting threatening emails from Ashbourne who say cancelling is down to team rh
You would think so, surely it was their choice to work with Ashbourne, and to continue working with them. If they genuinely don’t want Ashbourne to hound people they could surely just cut ties with them? He always tries to make out he’s one of the good guys but if he truly was he wouldn’t need to harp on about it. If he was a decent person then he wouldn’t be working with Ashbourne, he wouldn’t be tying people into paying for a year, all those staff members wouldn’t have left and there would be no reports from people about him bullying them.

The Fast 800 by Michael Mosley is brilliant for fast weight loss and to often reverse T2 / pre T2 diabetes.

I’m thinking I might not follow any diet plan as I think trying to diet is so counterproductive for me. I might just try to eat mindfully and up my general activity to see what happens. I feel like planning, tracking, weighing out food and calculating calories/macros is just tormenting me!
Same. Honestly. I’ve tracked a little bit to see what my daily protein intake is like and it’s pretty good. So I’m just going to eat mindfully and try my best. I do loads of workouts from
Boxing and Bubbles or pop sugar on YouTube which are way more fun than the miserable team rh weight lifting.

Ashbourne management are a cowboy company who got prosecuted in 2011 for sending fake debt collection letters to people for not paying contracts. Google it,it's all there in black and white. Their company is bullshit. Looks like they are still pulling the same bullshit. I'm going to make a complaint to the financial conduct authority and ofcom. You have every right to cancel if you're not getting what you paid for. Funny how more and more of us are popping up with the same story to tell. They need stopping. They're dreadful!
I deleted the app in March. All I literally recieved for my money was the app which froze so often and didn't work properly.
Will look in to it and see who they can be reported to.

Does anyone else feel a lot of the affiliates and members pages are quite misleading? I saw one of the affiliates had shared someone’s RH blog page saying they’d lost 5 stone, which is true but they seem to have only lost half a pound since starting RH a year ago??? I appreciate people often bulk once they get to a goal weight but it read as though she had lost the 5 stone on the RH plan which I think is reall wrong.
Yes! I’ve noticed this too. The baking one I think is heavier now than she started. Her body shape has completely changed but it is misleading when she lost the weight with a programme they rip to shreds.

Its not even a plan as such , using free mfp app , everything can be found for free online, macros, steps etc, think you are paying for his 'banter'😉 Oh, and slagging off slimming world and ww to big up his 'plan' just highlights his class or lack of it in his case!!
That's my issue with him. You are paying him for free resources. I can't stand James Smith at all but he does give a lot of info for free

In Scotland it’s much harder for debt collectors to do anything about sold on debts.

If you’re in Scotland and happy to do it, just rubber ear any debt collection agents (applies to any unsecured debt). No idea how this affects your credit rating though.

Christ the way he is going on sounds like he shat on someone's cornflakes (macros counted obvs lol)

The person reviewing probably only questioned something, or disagreed. Richie is a prick
It’s the constant need for control isn’t it? I guess that’s what happens when you try and mask your deep insecurities with obsessing over calories, weight reps, fat measurements, scale numbers, and every other minuscule facet of your existence. I think he’s deeply unhappy and hurt people, hurt people.

He must have felt threatened to actually send screenshot to wife and employer! Any rational person would rise above it and ignore it, Really awful cowardly thing to do!

Doesnt her own mother work for him? Surely she must see him for what he is?? If that was my daughter i would be dragging her out of the place!
No way! Rachel's mother works for him?!

Wow I never knew that!
I saw a fitness expert talking about it, so started doing some research. All these people smashing back the protein, and even going over on it... really bad. The MAXIMUM you should have is one third of your daily calorie allowance.

Wow I never knew that!

makes for some interesting and actually scientifically based reading.
