I joined for a couple of months but didn’t really feel like I got much from it. Once you have watched the exercise videos there weren’t any new ones The calorie tracking uses My Fitness Pal, which is a free app.

My particular annoyance was ‘El’ and her marching on Facebook, who is she, she is irritating as!

Absolutely, the tools he uses and information he gives can be found for free online. I do like the support of a group but his group certainly isn’t supportive so I’m glad I’m not paying anymore! The few affiliates they have left are the most annoying bunch of people they could possibly scrape together. And so unqualified! I hate watching the “walkie talkies” and folk marching on the spot, makes me feel dizzy.

Honestly you’ll be doing the right thing. If weight loss is for diabetes I’d ask for a referral to a dietician via the NHS. They will be able to assist you.

I asked for help with this and as I’m pre-diabetic they said it would have to be tackled with diet. However, they gave me a sheet and a meeting with a nurse who told me what to eat and to avoid. That’s it.
However, think I’m going to go back and show them what I’ve been doing for the last 4 months and see what they say about it all

I think James Smith does a free trial that calculates your calories. There’s also a facebook group called Nutricrew that gives you the formula to work out your calories yourself, might save you spending any money if all you want is guideline calories.

Not me personally as I cancelled ages ago and was one of the originals I think so on the old paypal payment, but a few people on this thread have mentioned being hounded. I don’t understand how they are getting away with this, surely if you’ve cancelled and not using the service they don’t have a leg to stand on? It’s disgusting.

I emailed via the website last week and he hasn't responded. Is the plan similar to TRH I like the higher cals to usual diets?

Similar yes, much less pressure to meet all goals though.... I’m currently working to calories only. No app or anything. I contacted him via Facebook message to the Preece nutrition page

What was the email you used please? Can't seem to find one. I signed up to rh start of first lockdown, seemed like a good idea at the time but now realising it's a load of crock. Actually very little individual support offered, and fed up of wearing my carpet out walking on the spot for hours at a time I'll just use mfp for free without the stress of trying to get a gold bloody star!

Yes!!! I genuinely could not understand how getting up at 6 and marching in my living room is better than going for a run or a kettle bells workout. Like, yoga barely gets any steps so I stopped doing it. They tell you to run if you want for mental health “but it’s not necessary” but then recently he’s saying that out of your 15k steps 10k need to “have your boobs jiggling” so cardio then? It’s all nonsense and anti scientific, just like the callipers.


From what I’ve heard this is very true. He throws tantrums and emotionally abuses her I think. You know the type. If you say anything they don’t like they bang doors and stomp off so it’s easier to agree. What does she have outside of team rh? Her whole life is wrapped up in it. She doesn’t even have a proper job left anymore as she gave it up to do this... they have millions she could be enjoying her life. But she burns herself out to look perfect and then lies in bed with fatigue. I feel so bad for her.

They don’t have millions trust me. The business may make a million or so pounds but there expenses will be high

Last night i read on trustpilot a 1 star review by a person who rightly so said his attitude was bad calling people fatties etc, saying it was a con as most of what he is charging people for is available free online.
She said that she had questioned parts of his plan she didn't agree with in a calm respectful manner in the members group page, but these was deleted and she was blocked from the group!
After telling him how wrong it was and unprofessional for a company not to allow criticism , and warning people of his dodgy practices, he jumped on her with a ludicrous reply!
There was nothing wrong at all in what she said, it was her opinion and experiences of being a member of team rh.
I have looked today and her post has been removed, he has flagged it!
Wish i had took a screenshot of it yesterday to prove there was nothing wrong with her honest review.
He desperately wants the truth hidden!!

I have my own opinion as to why he has not married his partner yet or had kids with her. They can say it is due to them working hard etc, but they are millionaires and business can run itself comfortably. I personally think he will have no clue what to do if he retired and had to spend just time him and her with no ''goals'' to chase to control her or people around him.

Millionaires? They might be raking it in from memberships but I can only imagine how much they then spend and owe on all sorts of shit.

I’ve just seen it. I think it’s absolutely appalling that he contacted someone’s employer. It makes him just as bad.

I don't follow him anymore, I just keep up with his antics on here I can imagine how over the top he is about it though! He's really sad if he has to seek petty revenge over not very much
