I’ve joined recently on the annual plan and have found it helpful so far, but understand the comments made here.
My husband signed up to the monthly plan and, to be frank, he’s not one for reading things carefully. When he got an email explaining he had to set up a direct debit and I told him it was a 12 month contract on the monthly he said ‘well forget that’ and didn’t proceed.
So he’s paid £6.99 but never downloaded, installed the app, or set up a direct debit.
Is it likely that he’s simply lost £6.99 and that’s the end of that, or based on what I’ve read above should I expect he’ll now be subject to debt collection if he doesn’t set this direct debit up?
