He’s a tit. My contract ends next month, can’t wait to no longer line his pockets.
Shouting at people in this manner as part of his "coaching" surely can't be legal? How can he think this is ok🤐 i thought there were public decency orders we all had to abide by. He can get stuffed I stopped paying mine.

Anyone seen his latest Instagram post about Rachel giving up her teaching career to start Team RH?

Major alarm bells with him saying that he actually asked her to quit. Not that she volunteered. He also says that they are in their own bubble, which we know is true, it’s like she has Stockholm syndrome almost!

Not to mention the rest of the badly written, expletive laden (although pretty tame for him) rambling nonsense!

This is very sad but not surprising.

Oh I've found my people! He's an absolute bellend. A few people I know follow him and one girl signed up this year, bought a hoody and fell off the wagon 3 weeks later. The thing that annoys me is that he tears apart every other diet despite some of them actually working for bigger people. Like Slimming World, it mightn't work if you only have a few lb to lose, but for big people it really gets them cooking from scratch, and what can be so bad about that?

Just been to pick up my shopping and saw a girl with the Team RH hoody on, little sheep.

Will hold people into a 12 month contract for quality content like this 👍
Oh dear, this is embarrassing 😂😂 he's so easily wound up isn't he? Why are people paying him for this? Seriously, people give their hard earned cash to this guy. A grown man forever throwing strops laced with childish put downs.

A couple of phrases spring to mind, people in glass houses, empty vessels etc.
On the other hand Richie, no one is dying to know what you think.

Dropping by to add my two cents on Ashbourne Management. I signed up with these and set up my DD immediately. One month later I get an email with an attached letter stating I owe them £15.61 to cover their admin fees and my arrears. My bank balance would have never fallen below the monthly fee so wasn't sure why it failed. Nevertheless I paid it then contacted them to find out why. They told me that I gave an incorrect IBAN. Out of curiosity, I went back to the original DD sign up page and autofill remembered my IBAN from my initial sign up and it was correct. Also no warning of the payment failing either, just straight to debt collection and only got an explanation when I seeked it out myself.

That's very like my experience with them. They decided I owed them these random amounts trebble the monthly fee, with no explanation?! I challenged it and they said I had to set up a new DD. I'd not even touched or cancelled the DD my end, even sent them a screen shot as proof it was still active on my account. But still they wouldn't listen. So I told them to shove it. They are as crooked as a dogs hind leg. I will shout it far and wide to people to never ever get involved with these tossers! No-one could answer me decently or provide a copy of my so-called contract they were holding me to. Absolutely shocking.

They can't even provide a decent contract. They're trying to hold us on a contract that is designed for gym memberships, where you physically go and attend the business. I'm not sure of the laws on distance online coaching, but surely if you're not consuming their content, or in possession of their app they can't charge you or hold you to it?? They're not sending us anything monthly, their coaching is reliant on another app not even owned by them. They rely on their clients being in a fb group! It's pathetic. They don't have to take out insurances to distance coach. They don't even coach they just swear. It's a load of balls.

A friend of mine gave them a one star rating on Trustpilot, they soon let them out of their contract. It seems they are very keen on manipulating their trustpilot rating.

I've noticed he's changed his tune on there too. He was very aggressive with the comebacks but seems to be less so at the moment. It's all a load of balls we know the real him!

His mask has slipped on many ocassions, it is just crazy how people can't see through him and the ''lovely'' Rachael.

My friend was having her emails, messages etc ignored, no replies, soon as she gave them a 1 star on trustpilot they came running with a refund. They challenge every 1 star review, to the degree of them making people have to send their Team RH receipts etc to trustpilot. People can't be bothered to go through all the rigmorale of that and just lose their own opinion and 1 star rating of the place. Essentially they are big bullies in my opinion, how can their 250k followers not see this? Mind boggles lol

They challenged mine on both there and another site, most of the decent reviews seem to be written by people who have never written one before, they’re determined to keep up the facade

Is it just me or is this further harrassment and bullying? Shows the level of control their owner craves, instead of sitting on a beach with the partner he says he loves so dearly, why is he making sure all traces of bad reviews and peoples opinions are hidden on a review site?

As a current member, I have felt so fed up with the group! Finally, somewhere where you can discuss issues and not get shut down for having an opinion that differs from the cult of TRH. I do feel it’s become like a cult, full of sycophants and woe betide the non believers.

I do not have any issue with the concept of the plan. I think it’s obvious to state that every individual burns calories at differing rates and requires a calorie deficit specific to them for it to work.
My own experience was that I had been diagnosed as pre- diabetic, whilst not grossly overweight by most people’s standards, I was classed as obese by the NHS for my height. I managed to very, very slowly lose weight using MFP but still had a stone and a half to lose. I’d watched Richie and his page for many years and decided to join up.

I was set a calorie amount which I thought was way to high but I thought, maybe I’ve been eating too little and that’s why I’ve stalled? Set my steps at 10k and workout 3 times a week. Off we go...
I put weight on from the very first week. I upped my steps... they upped my calories... I upped my workouts and they wanted to up my calories. After 2 months and no weight loss.. ( bearing in mind I’m now half a stone heavier than when I started), I asked for help. The help was forthcoming but it wasn’t err, helpful. I spoke to a coach, their ‘top coach’ who went through all my data on MFP and the app. I had been the perfect client and tracked everything and she couldn’t find fault with anything apart from I’d added a slice of brown bread but hadn’t weighed it... twice. She told me tracking generically would cost me a lot of calories long term doing this. She also told me there was nothing wrong with what I was eating/drinking/ exercising and to stick at it. I explained I was legitimately concerned I’d gained weight and it wasn’t budging. I was also worried that I was in fact now maintaining considering all the exercise I was doing ( well over 15k a day on most days). She said it was likely muscle gains. She told me to trust the plan. So I did.
Cut to just after 3 months and now working out 5 times a week ( resistance training), 15k a day steps. No weight lost. Muscle definition coming through but my waist is getting bigger and so is my stomach. I contact the coaches and as I’d done progress pictures, I felt the undeniable truth was there for them to see. I was told they could see a difference. ( Yes, I’d got fatter!! ) When I asked them to specify where they saw physical differences in the pictures, they didn’t answer me. They told me to do more steps... and tried to make me up my calories and I refused. I pointed out I was now back to my dangerous pre diabetic weight and i had concerns about my health. I told them I’d had to buy bigger clothes as I couldn’t fit in old ones.
I felt the responses were literally cut and pasted from a data base of TRH material. Look at this video... follow these rules... absolutely felt like they didn’t have the expertise to address my very individual concerns. Found out that the coach is not qualified. Just someone who uses TRH and works out a lot by the look of it. No one ever said.. go and get checked at your Dr, this is unusual or anything remotely like that. Just stick to the plan. I had to negotiate to drop my calorie amount down to 1400 ( lowering my exercise days and steps) and when I said I wasn’t losing I was told that it was impossible not to Lose weight at 1400 calories, and Equating this amount to something a 7 year old child would Eat. So I was told to stick at it and get back in touch in 2 weeks.
Well I haven’t, I am so utterly disillusioned with their approach. I am doing it on my own again. As someone who gave it their all for 3 months I feel as though I didn’t fit Richies data “algorithm’ and no one could tell me why. Still
Paying as a member.
Due to his controlling nature I couldn’t even find members to speak to for their experiences, as he squashed the calorie clubs. His ego is out of control and I can’t bear to read the POD posts. It’s so false.

So sorry you've had these struggles with them. You are deffo not alone. Hope you're feeling a bit healthier and more in control now you are not listening to unqualified idiots, who never ever listen to people.

I would say you are well within your grounds to contact them and tell them you're not paying for their services anymore. Delete all their data/apps and they can't charge you for it. They are absolutely disgusting and need exposing. We all need to complain to trading standards about them, because giving out unqualified advice is pure dangerous.

So sorry to hear this. The calories they set clients are ridiculous. Depending on a persons height, weight, gender, activity levels 1400 calories may be required for weight loss. It is not dangerous. So many people shout about being in ‘starvation mode’ when this isn’t something we need to worry about. I believe that they clients huge calorie allowances to draw them in ‘no starving on our plan, fill your boots’. To lose weight it is all calorie deficit. You could do it without working out (wouldn’t recommend it though, exercise has many benefits and shouldn’t he used just for weight loss). I’m a qualified nutritionist and weight management consultant and bouncing around 24/7 in your living room whilst deep throating a banana is not required for weight loss. Just know you gave it your all and did everything they asked x

Did anyone see the before and after pics the other day posted by a girl. I thought she looked underweight/unhealthy and there must of been comments saying the same. He came on the bounce telling people off for being negative and the posts must of been deleted because I could not see any. The poster said she is fine and healthy and eats 3000 cals a day so don't worry about her ect.
