I am following the thread on another 'influencer' and the similarities between them and their behaviour is quite remarkable. It is like am absolute masterclass in narcissistic behaviour

i understand that it can be difficult to socialise if dieting but is it really necessary to withdraw from people and alienate yourself. Perhaps explain to them how much it means to you and ask for their support instead of being an hole about it. Most menus will have some food you can guestimate to track.Utterly ridiculous

Yeah it’s the perfect job if you want to end up a slave to a giant narc, contacted all times of day and night, paid pennies for the amount of work that prick expects you to do, will be asked to do things that are both morally and legally wrong, no respect for personal commitments, no real holidays, your work life balance will be WORK WORK WORK, constantly belittled and humiliated in front of other staff, no lunch breaks, environment where eating disorders thrive, mental health will be ruined
Such a perfect job I will try and get my friend who worked with them to join on here but they are too scared to speak out
They put the gear of god into her when they sacked her and she believes something bad will happen if she speaks out

What he’s looking for is a carbon copy of himself. Sad that he doesn’t even realise he himself has no emotional intelligence. Delusional. You don’t need to be a cnut to get things done and you don’t always have to have your own way. That’s not the real world. You need to have people skills and the ability to influence and negotiate, everyone thinks differently and has a different agenda/outlook, bullying is a very short sighted route to getting tit done. Whoever gets this job, will be here in 6 months time..
