Funniest thing I’ve seen in a long time. Solicitors don’t work for organisations in full time employment contracts ffs. They get paid by the hour and take on real cases that can earn them proper money. Either working for a legal firm or self employed. What a dick

Most it not all of the jobs advertised are just smoke screens anyway. They have no vacancies as they are not getting people to rejoin and aren’t getting enough new members. In my opinion it’s just a load of shit as per.

No doubt some way of trying to fear monger ex employees and customers don’t mess with us we have our own solicitor

She'll be blocked by tonight
I think it says a lot that he'll blindly support JD.

Yea I think he's being incredibly naive. My workplace has a legal team- starting salary 40k. And they don't have to represent a megalomaniac on steroids.

The job description

Besides the poor grammar, the responsibilities are a joke right? Write trustpilot replies, defamation and libel? You just need someone with half a brain cell to manage the business properly… it’s a business brain you are lacking. And they seem to be looking for a solicitor who specialises in; employment law, business law, contract law and consumer law and I don’t think you can have an in-house solicitor who is employed by you as a salaried member of staff representing you legally in court? Can you? You could employ a solicitor as a legal advisor but not as a solicitor surely?

That’s finished me off tonight nice try RH

What a loser plus we all know the majority of jobs he advertises don't even exist, its all smoke and mirrors to look more successful. He's an absolute clown. Aye I'm sure a trained solicitor wants to come and write trustpilot reviews could you imagine JS or JW advertising for a review replier

That job spec has red flags all over it. Imagine applying for a job where the business admits to “ongoing issues such as defamation and libel” So unprofessional. Anyone in their right mind would steer clear.

Spent all those years training and qualifying to practice law just to piss around writing smart arse trustpilot review replies and stalk Facebook for ‘defamatory’ posts (people speaking their mind). Sounds like a great opportunity.

I wonder if he has been warned that he could be sued for libel over the content of his trust pilot replies and so that is why he wants to employ a solicitor for peanuts

The definition of libel: to defame (someone) by publishing a false statement.

Let’s talk about defamation - he has stated profusely that negative reviews and the ‘trolls’ have not impacted on business and claims quite the opposite. So which is it?

False statements? Someone’s opinion based on their own experience or beliefs, is not a false statement. He’s been watching too much of the Johnny Depp case.

And there’s plenty of evidence to back up anything anyones ever said about TeamRH. That’s the irony of the whole saga

Oh kill me now, have you seen he is now being a socials coach and ripping people’s fb business pages to shreds for free. Off you fuck, Richie, you are not a guru
