Does anyone know what the ‘venue presale’ is for Cardiff? None of the other cities have this on TicketmasterView attachment 2289087

Its probably some weird WRU capacity ticketing thingy. Locking access to TM's systems to bridge to the WRU capacity system to ensure they don't sell 72.500 tickets or whatever capacity they've agreed, and locking it out until x o'clock on x day
