Tattle In The Press

WhatsApp is said to be wildly used by the Taliban and is used to coordinate. Facebook are doing nothing much about that either, although their pr department has today started saying they are.

And these influencers think that people snarking on them away from their feeds is horrific abuse 😐

The only way to stop people talking about your shady stuff is to stop doing shady stuff

The actual Taliban are still on twitter, but yeah, of course the influencers are suffering way worse.
It is crazy isn't it? Taliban on twitter, explicit porn on twitter, death threats and racist and sexist abuse on twitter.
Yet still influencers and bluetickers love it. Fair enough but they can't seriously say Tattle is worse. Which they do.
David Baddiel is making a TV documentary about trolls . Interviewing Sali Hughes who will no doubt go through her usual diatribe about here. Both enthusiastic users of twitter

criminals all over the world and even in the Uk are allowed their encryption on their phone/ social media apps / WhatsApp ect and the manufacturer of the app is under no obligation to divulge the information sent to the police.

Absolute scum bags are all allowed their privacy and the freedom to communicate freely, but no tattle needs to be taken down 😴

Given that the dailyMail comments section has been allowed to continue for god knows how many years …. Why would a gossip forum be targeted.

I personally feel as we all know… the LIES of these individuals are being exposed, the DM can be bought to moderate comments … again manipulating the reader

freedom of speech I say it’s 2021, people are allowed opinions

I think there's an element of misogyny to it. Tattle users are perceived to be middle-aged women. How dare these women have opinions!
I am not middle aged and I love tattle, it gives me so much entertainment and I strongly believe there is a variety of ages on this forum all with a similar mind to the BS that is social media 😂

Sorry Glamour you have it all wrong hunzzzz

✌🏼

Middle aged women having opinions are more scary than the Taliban.

Alot of my friends are off this new found " woke" nature and to be honest i cannot be arsed with them.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. No one should beat the other down because of differing opinion.

Not everyone wants to fat/ thin, hairy/ smooth, fake tanned/ pale etc

I'm pleasantly surprised at the difference in ages on here and we all seem to rub along quite nicely.

I'm a 35 year old bloke. No clue if that counts as middle aged these days, to be honest.

Anyone new to this thread, read the last few pages that explain the influencer speaking absolute fantasist bullshit.

Thanks for the mention Liz Jones 😆

Good lord, that article.
It's basically Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now by the Smiths in column form!

Has any tattler here read the You mag in the MOS? Double spread about Tattle.Life and how ,according to some psychologist ( might even be Babs Groupon counsellor) , we are jealous of the Likes of Babs and their lifestyles. Laugh? ,I nearly started. I can honestly say that any instawanker that has their own thread on Tattle, is not someone I'm envious of . Prepare yourselves folk for incoming new members ....hopefully!
Feels bleeping rich from the Daily Mail, who profit off airing every celeb's dirty laundry out for all to see, and also the one who re-post Tattle stuff as their own.

For people interested: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/you/article-9887977/What-makes-woman-abuse-stranger-online.html

Also, assuming its just all women! Men are on here as well!

Just read it, what utter crap. ‘Joanna’ is clearly made up as her narrative fits the narrative of the article.
They forgot to mention;
  • children working and being used as content with no regard for their privacy.
  • increased levels of women getting into debt and bankruptcy to keep up with the Insta life.
  • concern over influence to increasingly buy fashion purchases.
  • lack of adherence to COVID rules.
  • the positive vacuum that is Insta and the inability to make any comment that might raise a concern, ie lack of accountability.
  • use of mental health as an issue to gain attention.
and so so so much more. A quick read of some of these threads and a genuine article about the influencing industry is well over due but I was very naive in my assumption that The Fail might have touched in any of this.

Spotted this tucked away:

From the article:

'She [the tattler] sees nothing wrong in ‘doxxing’ – finding influencers’ addresses and other personal information and posting it online – or in tweeting abusive messages directly to them using an anonymous account.'

By not saying that both are against Tattle rules, the article would seem to imply that it's normal Tattle behaviour.

DM article is full of inaccuracies. Feels really made up? like They’ve taken em sheldons comments an made up a story using them. I can’t see anyone speaking to the DM about using tattle
