How many interviews have they both done mentioning that nursery the work they do to support children with additional needs to promote themselves but the whole time she in particular as it was her thing prior to Sam never did anything to actually raise the profile or take in more funding so it wasn’t solely reliant on her whims

I think that is the case, I don't think Lavinia is getting paid for her modelling. They are in a position to throw as much money as needed to satisfy the whim of their children. The poor child looks totally wooden and wouldn't be doing it if her Mum couldn't afford do cover the costs of the photo shoot, with professional stylists and photographers and bringing them over to LA.
