Exactly. I reckon it’s all still going through the courts for sure. It wouldn’t be resolved that quickly. He was having supervised visits and those were stopped for a reason. They don’t just stop supervised visits for the sake of it. It’s the safest way for an at risk parent/child to meet. If they’re going well they will then eventually lead to non supervised visits. But that’s not the case as they’ve been stopped entirely. Talitha doesn’t have the power to just stop them it isn’t her decision it would have to be ordered by the courts so that leads me to believe that it’s in the child’s best interest to not see him. I fear that little girl must have witnessed some of these attacks for this to happen. I hope I’m wrong.hahaha you know what’s so funny . I heard tonight he’s def talking crap because there’s cctv of at least one of the incidents. Every time you are arrested you are referred to PPS. If there were a few arrests over a period of time there would be seperate decisions for each. So yes maybe one has came back no prosecution, but who’s to say there aren’t more in the pipeline. Also no allegations of abuse were made about him directly so why would he even say that as his opening line. I honestly think he’s losing it.
If this was me . I’d have firstly deactivated my social media accounts . You know yourself if your mentally and physically abusing the mother of your child then you know in your head you need professional help and not in the right frame of mind .
Second he should have tried to make positive steps in showing everyone that yes he fucked up and yes he let himself down but he will fix it for himself and his daughter. Therapy and counselling Maybe ! You have really let yourself down aamir . Yep, The PPS are notorious here for not prosecuting tit. Something like domestic abuse is so hard to prosecute anyway because often there are no witnesses etc. To the PPS the sentencing usually doesn’t outweigh the cost of running it and it’s just a terrible system for DV victims. Doesn’t mean fa or that you’re innocent if you get a letter from them telling you they’ve decided to not go ahead with the case.
I know someone who was
and the PPS didn’t prosecute and someone who was actually stabbed and the PPS didn’t prosecute either. He’s actually simple if he honestly believes that video done him any good as I’m sure everyone in Northern Ireland knows someone or has been let down personally by the PPS in some way
