My late younger sister used to love Gaz before his "glow up". At the age of nine, she I formed me that she loved him because he had a "kind face". She was a sensible lass.
Meanwhile, Robbie and Mark were my thing.
Dunno how I never noticed how fit Jason was! He's truly beautiful, facially.

I think I've only been on the pitch once at a TT gig and that was the Progress tour. I have never seen so many people absolutely off their faces, throwing up, spilling bottles of wine etc. So many of them not even looking at the stage too! Totally spoilt it for me and I don't like stadium gigs for that reason. I always go for seated and in stadiums that feels a little bit too far away to feel included in the atmosphere.
Having said that, I've also noticed that a huge number of people with seated tickets never stand up, especially the higher up the seats go. I was back row a couple of times and no one stood up except for a couple of songs near the end! I try to sit down but just want to dance and it feels awkward seat dancing! I get some people can't stand for physical/medical reasons but it can't be the case for everyone.

Me too. Such a beautiful manI'm going to that one too! That's where I saw the circus tour the 1st time too. I hope it's going to be a good but I will miss the lovely Jason

Olly’s great live so I’m looking forward to seeing him again. I hope it’s a big lavish show too. I’ll be honest, I was a bit disappointed with the last tour.I'm hoping it's as big a spectacular as it usually is after paying over £100 for a ticket! Looking forward to seeing Olly Murs too. Going with my mum and she's wanted to see him for ages.
Sat quite close to the main stage (closest seats I've ever had) so I selfishly, hope they don't spend too much time on the B stage

I was 14 the first time and no way would my mum have paid. This time im going with my husband and its our 10 year wedding anniversary

She was fabulous when she supported them at Milton Keynes.I hear you! Beverley Knight was the best ever Lulu I saw, would be ace if she turned up again

Keep meaning to read/listen to his book. Would you recommend it?I listened to Kavana’s audio book on Spotify “Pop Scars” he also had Nigel as a manager. He went into more detail about Nigel, which is an interesting and unsettling listen. Likely did it as he has much less than Robbie, so not really worth suing and a smaller audience (eg it won’t make newspapers when he admitted Nigel cracked onto him when he spoke to him about his music and snogged him when Kav was VERY young and Nige was mid 30s-40)Nigel comes across very toxic and controlling in Kav’s book.
I was hoping that Belinda Carlise would do the Lulu bit!Christ I hope not

Oh my god I can imagine that would have been very intimate!I’m off to Nottingham and a fan since 92 too! First saw them in Derby when I was 12 (some 30 odd years ago now!) at the Assembly rooms which was like being at a concert in your front room

You will have an amazing night! Went last Friday in Manchester. It’s a lot bigger scale than the original, & the set is totally revamped for Relight my Fire, the whole concert is outstanding! I also think Zoe is better than Lulu and I love Lulu! Have a fabulous time! XHe definitely sang it on one of their old concert VHS tapes. Occasionally I’ll see a clip of one on TikTok and I still know everything word for word despite not having watched them for over 30 years
It’s finally my turn to go to the circus tomorrow!

Now I feel old, I was 34 in 2009
but I was going through a ‘can’t be bothered with gigs‘ phase, plus I was ill with gallstones that year so could barely leave the house half the time. Happily my midlife crisis came at 40 and propelled me to start going to gigs as if I were a teenager again, so I’ve been making up for lost time since then!
