Telling the whole of Instagram your children's father cancelled his access but not telling ur children and whispering into the phone. I get why she told them a white lie but why tell Instagram? Absolutely appalling parenting. Go to court and sort it but stop airing ur dirty laundry on Instagram her poor children . It's disgusting.

She can take him to court but she still can't force him to take the kids even if there is court ordered visitation. This is where the system is broken. If the mother doesn't let the children go with the father she can be taken to court for breaking the order however the same doesn't apply to the father. So she'd be only wasting her money going to court

Yeah absolutely she can't force him or neither can a court. But stop telling Instagram. Her older children will get wind of it no doubt. It happened before. Its exposing ur children on another level if you ask me. And the father is an hole for not taking them if there is no valid reason . So she has a right to be frustrated . But it's actually puts her on same level as him in terms of bad parenting by telling thousands of people.
