I think as well as putting off current customers this will stop her reaching new ones. The Facebook group helped her reach a bigger audience it will be much harder to attract people to an app. I pay £8 a month for Readly, that gets me access to Vogue, Elle, Grazia, Red, literally the best fashion journalism available.

Absolutely bonkers. £6 a month is ludicrous. It’ll just be her die hard fans (cult) that pay and she won’t reach new clients. This is the beginning of the end.
I think she would have been much happier just her and Sarah and the hair lady (sorry dont know her name) and that she's clearly struggling mentally now her business has expanded so quickly and there's nothing wrong with that. I couldn't run a business with my mental health, I'd be a mess. I think shes making a mistake but if that's her plan, all the best! I still havent a clue what you'd be getting for your £6 other than a load of unqualified advice from people who had an online analysis

Seeing as only the same few people used to get posts approved on the facebook group, I can't see many of the 14,000 bothering to sign up for this. Good luck to her but as people have said, it seems like a massive overreaction to the issue of "cyberbullying" on forums. One that will probably destroy her business.
