there is little chance of losing the amount of weight lost by the celebrity by just following the being flogged programme.
I'd imagine for even celebs that really struggle with diets and workouts, having a 6 figure deal on the table is incredible motivation to actually lose the weight in 12 weeks.

With using a personal trainer and dieting heavily of course, as the 15 minute easy workouts they all push aren't enough. Scarlett moffatt admitted all this.

Losing weight in theory is quite easy, calorie controlled diet and exercise so you burn more than you consume. It's the mental side that's tough, sticking to it and changing habits.

If the Jordans programme covers diet, and the dance workouts are long/intense enough then you absolutely could lose weight. Dancing is no different to going for a run or to the gym. But it does depend on how it's all programmed together

That was sweet of Neil to do. I know we poke good humoured fun at him, but it must be very hard for the younger foreign pros to be in the UK away from family/friends at Christmas, especially in these damp and dismal times. So it was good of Neil to extend an invite to the lad.
As long as he didn’t wrap him in cling film.

Kai was having a wholesome family Christmas with Nadiya and her daughter, so Gio will have needed a new wingman for the BOGOF male escort thing. Perhaps that’s why Neil took wee Cameron in for the season, so Gio couldn’t get his prison tattooed hands on him.
I love the image of Neil in this paternal role. 'Look Cameron, it's curfew at 11 for you and Chyna. And if Gio invites you to a place called Gola, ring me immediately'.

I wonder if Scarlett regrets posting this under their staged before photos?

I have Gemma Atkinson’s book (bought ages ago) but it’s actually good/realistic and has recipes, it also has ‘do at the gym’ options, and ‘do at home’ options.
I feel she’s very upfront about what she eats/how she works out etc. She also didn’t do a before/after with it.

Also, ‘prison tattooed hands’ 😆😆
I have that one too. Yeah, I think the difference is she points out the plans are to build strength for beginners not to make you look like her, and she doesn't talk about weight loss directly. I still do some of the home weights workouts as they're pretty good

I have side-eyed Scarlett Moffatt since her weight loss fibbing, as that was far more than an error of judgement imo and quite damaging

The Jordans are just beyond tedious and I don't know why anyone pays any attention to them

Not gonna lie...large reason why I want him on it....sleeveless shirts too 🤣 (he has great arms lol)
He has the prettiest cute face, and great big hair, but the body he has hiding under his shirts is just 🥵🥵🔥🔥 unreal how muscular he is.

For contestants we would like to see in the future, I would like to second the suggestion for one of the main three from Line of Duty. Maybe one of the lads from the Inbetweeners too.

I reckon there will be a politician either next year or the year after too (GE dependent)- I can imagine there being a tally of “Will Liz Truss last longer in strictly than as PM?” kinda thing in some newspapers.
Please no David Cameron, Teresa May, Alexander Johnson, Liz Truss, Gideon Osborne, Matt Hancock, Michael Gove, Priti Patel, or Suella Braverman PLEASE Strictly I beg of you, just don’t go there.

I imagine any minute now Jake Quickenden will be phoning in his annual ‘doing strictly’ rumours to The Sun in the hope it just might come true (hopefully not).

The only Tory I can see them booking is Saeda Warsi as she's a regular on Steph's Packed Lunch and panel shows etc. But even then, Strictly should be an escape from all that. So just pls, stay away from all of them

When are we going to see the goat though??

I see all is going well with Gio’s boomer fans:oops:
Is this excluding posts regarding a potential relationship with Rose? 😄
I wonder is this does have any traction to it.....I dont fancy seeing a couple or family members competing on the same season. I know its done on DWTS shows around the world but dont want to see it on strictly; there would be automatically too much attention on 2 contestants already.

Yes, far too much attention. I like each celeb to bring something different to the series. It would just be all about them being a couple. Boring!

So many have done it now!! And it always comes out as a scam so I don’t know why people fall for it. James calling people Christmas puddings is disgraceful. I’m not really surprised at him but I’m surprised Ola is going along with it. They must be desperate for the money 😦
Poor Ola. James has really trashed her career/ reputation. She has no choice now but to go along with whatever money making scam he comes up with
