I'll tell you why, because Stevie had a penchant for shoving fake cocks down his trousers (because let's be honest, we all know the state of his real one) and its all worked out SOOO well for his Sex Offender brother, that Rob wants to follow in his footsteps.

I'll be betting that Rob's had several goes at wrapping elastic bands around it and it's now starting to resemble every day food objects that none of us will ever want to put in our mouths again.
