This would all be traceable by the criminal proceeds team, I'm not sure how much civil can investigate as it's different legal powers of investigation.
Criminal proceeds can also follow money trails. If its shown that a nominal amount was paid ie under value, within arms reach or £1, it can again show its a sham transaction to deliberately evade any proceeds action.
